2. Introduction
Nowadays, in this huge explosion of information era, a
number of Information Technology (IT) companies
flourished.
it has diverse portfolios like, google map, drives, and
Gmail, and fortunately, they all are given high
evaluations. Besides above, there are a number of
reasons why Google can be a successful and popular
company. Therefore, in this report, the other sides,
which are not likely showing to people, of Google will
be focused on in this article.

Sergey Brin and Larry Page worked for a search engine, called BackRub. (1997)
First office was in a garage with only one employee in California .
With stable improvement, in 2006, Google turned to a company with 150 employees.

with a remarkable aspect in IT industry.
In 2015, Sergey and Larry set up a brand, called Alphabet Inc, which takeover Google as one
of their subsidiaries.

As people knows that the most famous part in Google’s culture is their benefits to staffs. According
to Tran (2017), Google likes to use a system, called “People Operation”, for collecting employees’
opinions as their direction in the future.

5. Conclusion
By the stable growth and new innovations showing up, Google follows its own steps to success
eventually. Although it countered number of obstacles, like being suspicious, and facing
competitors, Google keeps insisting in its open-mind internal system and developments for
building up a friendly and creative organizational culture.
In the other side, for the future externality of Google, it will try to concentrate on “ambient
computing” and a higher class of hardware for better service. Obviously, there will be an
surprising future for us to wait and see.
