Herrera, San Sebastian, Spain. Head of design under the main Architect supervision. Project to redesign a train station in the
Herrera neighborhood and the current underpass. A new building design with glass curtain walls, a thin concrete roof slab
and steels columns. The platform edges and pavement are designed under the new ministerial regulations of transport and
regulations for disabled people access. Software: Revit 2016, Navisworks, Dynamo, Revit tools and Photoshop.

Handle complex drafting assignments under supervision from senior
team members. Senior Architects and BIM Manager.
Create and develop 2D, 3D and 4D models.
Maintain all revisions of project drawings.
Revise and update CAD Revit drawings as required.
Work with other teams to obtain reference information for drawings,
such as Structural and MEP Engineers.
Work with project teams to execute projects on time and on budget.
Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with company
standards.
Propose meetings to carry out the BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
Liaise with other disciplines and clients as required to obtain critical
design information necessary to complete project.
Drafting of all architectural/structural and MEP plans concerning to
the projects.
Develop methodologies as part of the BIM team.
Application of software such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD,
Office, the package of Autodesk Suites and many others
