letters and on two occasions I was able to visit suppliers in order to follow up on complaints. Working
in this section of Quality Assurance was really enjoyable and I learned a lot about complaints and how
Musgrave as a food company deals with them.
Receiving complaints is taken very seriously in Musgrave as they provide a valuable insight into how
the company is doing and helps to identify what they are getting wrong and what they can improve on.
