Prospective Employer,
I am submitting my resume for the position recently advertised within your company. As you
can see by my skills and abilities, I am very well qualifiedfor this position.
From 2007 to 2015, I was employed by Nurses Registry where I was responsible for all creating,
designing, and production of all advertising materials. My English major has been particularly
advantageous in positions requiring composition of correspondence, brochures, grant writing,
etc. Having a high level command of the English language, as well as being very proficient in
the use of multiple software programs ranging from Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and
various patient-related software programs, I feel most confident I would excel in this position.
Nurses Registry closed shortly after the death of the business owner in 2015. Since that time, I
have been involved in providing elderly caregiving duties. Prior to Nurses Registry, I was
employed at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in both staff support and patient
registration positions. During college, I worked as server and trainer which greatly honed and
enhanced my customer service skills.
I am very interested in this position and feel confident that my qualifications would make me an
excellent candidatefor this job. I am availablefor interviewing most any time and can be
reached at the number listed above. I look forward to meeting with you soon.
Sincerely,
Bethany Anderson
