I can type 60‐70 words per minute. I have great people skills with clients and co‐workers alike, both in person and via telephone. I am very organized with an eye for detail. Experience: Bruce H. Robinson, Attorney at Law 1995‐2010 Drafting and preparing legal documents including, but not limited to, Motions, Orders, Discovery Responses regarding criminal and civil law, medical malpractice, divorce, real estate and personal injury. My employment ended at the untimely passing of my employer. JWB Insurance Group April 2012 to November 2014 Claims/Enrollments Specialist‐Benefit Coordinator In this position I served as a liaison between the customer and insurance carriers regarding enrollments and claims issues related to medical and dental coverage. I processed enrollment applications for health and dental coverage for approximately 50 different clients, who offer coverage for their employees. I worked directly with human resource managers for my groups, insurance carriers and their account managers assisted with questions related to waiting periods while advising them of their group benefits. Education: I am a 1990 high school graduate of Wallace Rose Hill located in Teachey, North Carolina. I have taken many college classes over the years, specifically criminal justice as I have taken all the classes offered at Cape Fear Community College related to Criminal Justice.
- 2. Leadership: When Iam not working, I spend some weekends volunteering for a local animal rescue agency, Adopt an Angel. Over the last 4 years, I have fostered approximately 15 homeless pets, at different times, and assisted in finding them permanent, happy homes. References: I have excellent references from past and current positions.
