#MobilityAggregators: since shared mobility services are mushrooming left and right in the last few years and are forecasted to serve 27% of global transportation in 2030 (starting at 0.2% in 2016), it's becoming fundamental the aggregation (and also integration) service; as explained in this article: https://goo.gl/EnnKWZ
Thus, I wanted to share with you this basic #BusinessModelCanvas that explains the value delivered by these kinds of services. This Business Model aims to set the bases on which future creative models are going to be developed.
The model bases its fundamentals on the value added to its two kind of customers: Consumers and shared mobility providers.
The market is just at its beginning and the competitors have ease to access in a fast way, as shown in the picture, the model is very simple and replicable. Competition will be hard, but some unique advantages and unique value propositions are going to be developed. The road is open to creative and revolutionary services.

Global Industry Leader Transport
2. Trends and Drivers
Why does the public transport industry need a multimodal
networking initiative?
• Local offers need to be made available nationwide and integrated into
the offers by third parties
• To keep up with the digitalisation trend, transport providers have to
implement new and disruptive concepts
• Non-industry related competitors already focus on the public transport
market and provide platforms that aim to win the industry's broad
customer base and access
• A local network is not a sufficient answer to the intermodal global
economy
• Passengers expect to receive information, tailored to their own needs
