The MOTILL project is a one-year European Commission funded project to analyze the use of mobile technologies for lifelong learning. It involves researchers from four countries working to elaborate how mobile devices are used in everyday life and their potential for lifelong learning. The project will create a scientific database of research, a methodological framework for evaluation, and a collection of best practices, all accessible through a project web portal. The goal is to increase awareness among policymakers of how mobile technologies could impact lifelong learning policies.
