This document discusses the idea of developing a strategy toolkit to guide the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of e-agriculture strategies. It suggests that a strategy toolkit could provide quick access to relevant information in one location and be produced either by experts or through collaborative stakeholder processes. The document also outlines the structure and contents of an example national eHealth strategy toolkit, including establishing a vision, developing an action plan with stakeholders, and creating a monitoring and evaluation framework with indicators. • Note: All countries, whatever their level of development, can
adapt the Toolkit to suit their own circumstances
