KEY RESPOSNSIBILITIES:
 My role is that of a General Manager of the Hotel with a
reporting responsibility to the CEO/MD or the Board.
 I am to provide leadership and strong strategic
management to archive set goals and meet Hotel P & L
objectives.
 My focus is to grow customer base, increase revenue
and profit margins while maintaining a favourable work
environment that is driven by agreed policies and
