KEY RESPOSNSIBILITIES:
My role is that of a General Manager of the Hotel with a
reporting responsibility to the CEO/MD or the Board.
I am to provide leadership and strong strategic
management to archive set goals and meet Hotel P & L
objectives.
My focus is to grow customer base, increase revenue
and profit margins while maintaining a favourable work
environment that is driven by agreed policies and
control.
To develops and communicates an appropriate vision
and long – term strategy for the hotel.
4. To develop and implement strategic operating plans and
budgets.
To put adequate system and controls in place to ensure
proper and satisfactory monitoring of the hotel
performance against plans and budgets.
To drives the hotel operations and performance to meet
financial and objectives.
To oversees the setting up of and maintenance of
statistical and financial records.
To acts as the hotel Ambassador and spokesperson in
matters involving external stakeholders.
To report regularly to the CEO/MD on the achievement
