- #9 SLD eligibility disqualifies a student for Access Points because the IEP team has determined that the student does not have a significant cognitive disability.
- #10 Standards are “setting neutral.” Courses are not settings. Check your alignment.
- #11 No student with SLD eligibility should be enrolled in Access Courses.
