Farming 4 Hunger is a non-profit organization founded in 2012 by Bernie Fowler Jr. in Southern Maryland to address food shortage issues through social entrepreneurship. It aims to serve the less fortunate by growing and distributing over 2 million pounds of fresh produce annually to those in need. Fowler established the organization to help the needy and "forgotten" after experiencing his own struggles, with the mission to feed the hungry and heal mind, body, and spirit through its programs like produce donations and inmate volunteering.
