the average middle class budget. A quarter is
spent on food followed by 8.9% on education

,research and training application goes up in
various professional courses
Why we need good research and
training center in Bihar?
1.Drastic change in growth starved state.
a. Political – More stable govt.
b. Trade & Commerce – expanding mode
c. Social – More social harmony
d. Law & order – Visible improvement
e. Govt. attitude – Development friendly
f. Image building- Brand Bihar Outside Bihar
2. Unlimited opportunities and virgin market
• No such type of research and training centers are
available in Bihar for young professionals working in
various sectors like Parma,
insurance,banking,hotels,counsellors(various types of
coaching) etc.
• Large number of passed out & studying MBA/BBA
graduates are not able to work efficiently in corporate
sector due to lack of training. Big challenge for recruiters
in local hiring.
• Students know the reality of employability factor for
employment but how to develop it is a big problem due
to lack of training center and a great opportunity for us.
• In the name of corporate management and training
institutes they are offering nothing except few
meaningless English classes.
• Acute shortage of quality faculty/trainers in the field of
research and training.
• Failure of Govt./Pvt. colleges- various colleges are
offering MBA/BBA courses but due to lack of faculty and
infrastructure they are not successful again big
opportunity for us.

• Limited career option after +2 unsuccessful candidates
of medical and engineering are always in search of
better career option in professional field and due to lack
of professional training centers they opt substandard
institutions for skill development .Large number of
working professionals need training at regular interval.
• Middle level organizations are unable to afford and
access training to down the line staff by sending in metro
cities. Again big opportunity for us.

• Tie up with +2 schools, colleges and coaching
institutes for aptitude evaluation and regular
workshop and training on various topics under
personality development program.
• Preparation of skilled based course module –
Corporate management for +2 pass out and
diploma in corporate management for graduates
Certification program under the flagship of BSC)
2. Unlimited opportunities and virgin market
• Executive development program for corporate
people (workshop on PD related program by
trainers) this facility is not available in Patna.
• Faculty development program for technical
institutes.
• Motivational sessions in Government
departments.
PRE PLACEMENET TRAINING
Most of the institute claim placement but actually
can not provide better opportunity to students
due to lack of proper training for facing interview
.we can provide them better training just before
campus placement.

• Selling big dreams on placement front raising
the aspiration level of the average and below

the name of research & training center in and around
Patna.
• Formation of dedicated and loyal team
• Strong association building with leading corporate
houses /Gov.deptt./teachers/ colleges/coaching institute
not occasionally but through out the year for winning
trust and confidence
FEW REMINDERS
• Transparency in vision/mission/approach
• Patience with confidence knowing the fact that Rome
was not built in a day. New concept always needs more
time for penetration in the market.
• Commit less offer more to clients.

FEW FACTS
• Banking recruitment is in full swing. All the scheduled
national banks are hiring at various levels, that’s why
banking preparatory house is having sizable students but
this would not be a regular trend. Same is the case with
Railways and other departments.
• A big question, after IBPS what next?????
• Permanent and sustainable solution is essential. The
field of training and research is least recessive &
continuous source of earning in the long run.
• Train the trainers program for rest of the outlet of BSC
staff in course of time.
• Make BSC center not only a branded banking
preparatory house rather a happening place for skill
development for all job aspirants in Bihar.

heavily depends on its trainers/ faculty
members/infrastructure & curriculum
