* NUTRITION IS THE PROCESS IN WHICH
CONSUME FOOD OR NOURISHING LIQUIS,
DIGESTS AND ABSORB THEMM AND USE THEM
FOR HEALTH AND GROWTH. ALSO, NUTITION
CAN BE DEFINED AS A THREE-PART PROCESS I.E.
CONSUMPATION, DIGESTION ND CIRCULATION
OF THE FOOD.

* Your food choices each day affect your health —
how you feel today, tomorrow, and in the future.
Good nutrition is an important part of leading a
healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity,
your diet can help you to reach and maintain a
healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic
diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and
promote your overall health.
4) NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF NOT EATING
NUTRITIOUS FOOD
* They say you are what you eat which means that what you
put into your body affects how it works. If you eat a diet rich in
unnecessary and unhealthy nutrients, you can make it harder
for your body to continue working effectively, which can lead to
health problems. Poor diets lacking in the vitamins, minerals
and other nutrients you need can take a considerable negative
toll on your overall health. You can overturn the consequences
of an unhealthy diet by beginning to eat healthy.
