The study investigates the effect of three months of yogic practices on 50 state-level football players, measuring their dynamic flexibility, side split flexibility, and shoulder and wrist elevation flexibility. Statistically significant improvements were found in dynamic flexibility and the side split test at a 0.05 confidence level, while a significant difference was also noted in the shoulder and wrist elevation test post-intervention. The results suggest that incorporating yoga can enhance flexibility in athletes, particularly those engaged in football.
