Account manager is the single point of contact for IT evolution planning, coordination of proactive training and MSFT product optimization, as well as management and escalation of incidents. As a Premier customer, you are entitled to faster response times, and priority escalation paths, including Rapid On Site Support (ROSS) and access to Sr. Microsoft management in the case of business critical events.
