AVOID THE RESISTANCE ON CHANGE MANAGEMENT
(ISO 31000-2009 RELATED WITH CHANGE MANAGEMENT)
Background
Permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi organisasi (perusahaan) pada saat menerapkan “Change Management”
adalah penolakan (resistance) yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi, individu atau kelompok, sehingga
proses melakukan perubahan mengalami hambatan, sehingga keputusan untuk melakukan perubahan sering
menemui atau mengalami kegagalan.
Dalam menghadapi atau mengatasi penolakan yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi, maka strategy yang
sering dilakukan adalah memberikan pengertian secara mendalam tentang fungsi dan tujuan perubahan,
melalui komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Agent Change Management kepada anggota organisasai yang
menolak terjadinya perubahan, tidak memberikan hasil dan bahkan penolakan yang terjadi semakin besar
atau kuat.
Overview
Program “Avoid the resistance on change management (change management related with ISO 31000-
2009)” merupakan program transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan
change management pada organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan strategis, karena adanya kebutuhan organisasi
dalam menghadapi berbagai perubahan.
Program ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan tutor, diskusi, umpan balik, simulasi dan mengembangkan wawasan
peserta untuk membangun teknik untuk menghindarkan atau menghilangkan penolakan yang dilakukan
oleh anggota organisasi atas rencana melakukan perubahan.
Understanding
Program “Avoid the resistance on change management (change management related with ISO 31000-
2009)” merupakan program transformasi strategy untuk melakukan identifikasi atas berbagai penolakan
yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi yang timbul dari individu atau kelompok, serta menyelesaikan
permasalahan yang timbul.
Kemampuan untuk melakukan identifikasi berbagai permasalahan dan strategy yang dipergunakan dalam
menghadapi penolakan yang dihadapi oleh Agent Change Management, akan ditingkatkan berdasarkan
standard internasional menurut ISO 31000-2009, dimana Agent Change Management memiliki
kompetensi dalam menilai, mengidentifikasi dan mengelola resiko pada setiap kejadian penolakan, sehingga
nantinya Agent Change Management yang bekerja dapat menciptakan kinerja yang tinggi dan berhasil
dalam implementasi Change Management Project.
Objective
1. Manjamin keberhasilan dalam menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan Change Management Project
pada organisasi
2. Memperkecil atau menghilangkan adanya penolakan dalam setiap program Change Management yang
dilakukan oleh top level organisasi bersama dengan Agent Change Management
3. Meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas program Change Management yang dilakukan oleh organisasi
4. Meningkatkan kemampuan Agent Change Management dalam melakukan penilaian kualitas dan
kuantitas pada setiap penolakan yang dilakukan atas program Change Management.
5. Menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi pada setiap penyelesaian penolakan untuk melakukan Change
Management yang berasal dari anggota organisasi.

AVOID THE RESISTANCE ON CHANGE MANAGEMENT (ISO 31000-2009 RELATED WITH CHANGE MANAGEMENT) Background Permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi organisasi (perusahaan) pada saat menerapkan “Change Management” adalah penolakan (resistance) yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi, individu atau kelompok, sehingga proses melakukan perubahan mengalami hambatan, sehingga keputusan untuk melakukan perubahan sering menemui atau mengalami kegagalan. Dalam menghadapi atau mengatasi penolakan yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi, maka strategy yang sering dilakukan adalah memberikan pengertian secara mendalam tentang fungsi dan tujuan perubahan, melalui komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh Agent Change Management kepada anggota organisasai yang menolak terjadinya perubahan, tidak memberikan hasil dan bahkan penolakan yang terjadi semakin besar atau kuat. Overview Program “Avoid the resistance on change management (change management related with ISO 31000- 2009)” merupakan program transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan change management pada organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan strategis, karena adanya kebutuhan organisasi dalam menghadapi berbagai perubahan. Program ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan tutor, diskusi, umpan balik, simulasi dan mengembangkan wawasan peserta untuk membangun teknik untuk menghindarkan atau menghilangkan penolakan yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi atas rencana melakukan perubahan. Understanding Program “Avoid the resistance on change management (change management related with ISO 31000- 2009)” merupakan program transformasi strategy untuk melakukan identifikasi atas berbagai penolakan yang dilakukan oleh anggota organisasi yang timbul dari individu atau kelompok, serta menyelesaikan permasalahan yang timbul. Kemampuan untuk melakukan identifikasi berbagai permasalahan dan strategy yang dipergunakan dalam menghadapi penolakan yang dihadapi oleh Agent Change Management, akan ditingkatkan berdasarkan standard internasional menurut ISO 31000-2009, dimana Agent Change Management memiliki kompetensi dalam menilai, mengidentifikasi dan mengelola resiko pada setiap kejadian penolakan, sehingga nantinya Agent Change Management yang bekerja dapat menciptakan kinerja yang tinggi dan berhasil dalam implementasi Change Management Project. Objective 1. Manjamin keberhasilan dalam menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan Change Management Project pada organisasi

Meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas program Change Management yang dilakukan oleh organisasi 4. Meningkatkan kemampuan Agent Change Management dalam melakukan penilaian kualitas dan kuantitas pada setiap penolakan yang dilakukan atas program Change Management. 5. Menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi pada setiap penyelesaian penolakan untuk melakukan Change Management yang berasal dari anggota organisasi. Content Program 1.
