System Concept Design C-130 Outer Wing Turnover Fixture A fixture that clamp and allow C-130 outer wing to be turned over upside down. This is to allow both top and bottom wing skin be removed and replaced Mi-17 Aerial Fire Fighting System A system that is able to deliver water sideway and downward to fight high rise fire and open wild fire. Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle An unmanned aerial vehicle for tactical surveillance over a battlefield. Palletised Water Bag System A system to drop water bags from aircraft using existing air drop method to fight forest fire. Flight Termination Device An electronic device to actuated flight termination sequences for UAV flight testing

BAE SYSTEMS NIMROD MRA4 - AIRSTAIRS Complete turnkey project from design to qualification testing and production A manually deployable Airstair that takes 3 minutes or less to deploy completely.
BAE SYSTEMS NIMROD MRA4 – SONOBUOY RACK Design engineering task and manufacturing, including 3 rd  and 99 th  percentile human engineering test (mockup  test). An interchangeable design that has to withstand all  crash loads with full complement of the sonobuoys. Flexible design around available facilities in country Complex welding and heat treatment process. Test on prototype for post-welding NDT and  Destructive tests.
AIRBUS A380 (PAX & FREIGHTER) FLELP Fixed Leading Edge Lower Panels (FLELP). Package covers from conceptual design to final certification for full set of panels.  The Design package consists mainly of 31 composite panels and 2 metallic panels per wing side.    
A400M – GKNAES (UK) & EADS/CASA (SPAIN) Contract with GKNAES (UK) – A400M Fixed Trailing Edge. This package consists of 32 composite panels per wing side. It also includes all supporting metallic parts that hold the panel to interface components such as buttstraps, seals and brackets. Contract with EADS/CASA - To design the components of the A400M Horizontal Stabilizer Trailing Edge Panels, Vertical Tail Plane Leading Edge  (VTPLE) panels and VTPLE – bird strike test plan.

Project Done By Aviq Design S-61 helicopter Doppler Navigation System Integration New Doppler Nav system which interface with flight Information Display is integrated and installed on RMAF S-61A-4 helicopter. We provide the design analysis, wire harness fabrication, installation and testing activities for the project. M-55 Antenna Mounting Design A Russian High altitude aircraft (M-55) is to be used to provide Broadband signal over an area. We provide the concept deign for antenna mounting that can hold up to 200 kg of antenna weight but installed internally inside the aircraft.
