A. Planing:-
. Know clearly the objective of the presentation
. Plan well in advance
. Anticept the problem and avoid them
. Anticepate the size of the evidence th aids should be visible avdible
for entire group of avdience
. Plan in advance to keep ready audio visual aids and present them
appropriately at the time of presentation

 Select a conuenint and comfortable meeting place ,seeting oriented ,must be
suited to the specific purpose.
 Make sure all equipment are in good working order ,before starting the
meeting.
 Aranged the audio visual aids insequence.
 Keep aids out of sight until actually required for use to catch attention of
viewers.
