3. From my audience research I have found that people really like the Masthead, and the image that I
have used. Also The layout is professional.
I am not going to change the image on the front cover as I think it’s a very good image, so to do my
audience. Also I am going to keep the masthead the same as lots of my respondents really liked the
masthead, and I also think that the masthead looks good.
One person said they liked the layout, and nobody said that they didn’t like it, therefore I will keep
this the same.
One thing I must include on the front cover, as was identified by most of my respondents was the
price of the magazine, this must be included as it tells you what social economic group I am aiming
my magazine towards.
I will also add more information on the straplines as my straplines area bit too brief.

5. From the audience research I have found out that people like the layout of the contents page, the
images that I have used, and the charts box in the corner.
I wont change the layout of the magazine, as my audience research said it was easy to read and I
think it looks very professional. I am going to keep the same images as they are all very good high
quality images.
To improve the contents page I must add more colour, as my respondents said that the colours were
quite dull, I agree with this, they are quite dull, and don’t represent my pop genre very well.
I also must include many more stories on my contents page, as there aren’t enough here to fill a
magazine, which may put people off buying it.
A final thing I must do is put backgrounds on all of my pictures, rather than leaving them white, as
this makes the image seem part of the magazine, and more integrated.

7. From my audience feedback I know that people like the image. A few people like the story I have
written, the colour scheme, and the layout.
I am going to keep the image the same as it is a very good image, and really suits the storyline as it
shows how happy she is. I will also keep the story the same, as I didn’t have any bad feedback about
that.
However a few people said it was a bit boring, in terms of the layout which I agree with, as all of the
text is black, and the writing is just on one side, I think I would need to integrate the image with the
text a lot more to make it more interesting. Also one person said I should add more colour. I think this
would also help to make the double page spread look less boring.
One person also pointed out that the headline crosses over two pages, which would mean you cant
read it, as the crease will be in the middle, this needs to be changed to make it readable.
