with my Division and the greater agency. During the initial stages of this policy
taking effect it was integral my team and the greater Employment Suitability team
understood our role in implementing the policy. I utilised my team members expertise
in their ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders the new requirements,
including the new Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC), which is designed to
provide assurance to the community that there is minimal risks associated with
individuals or their circumstances which may cast doubt on their ability to support
the agency and maintaining the Departments commitment to integrity and security
of Australia s borders. The new policy also stipulated that anyone working for the
Department had to hold a minimum Baseline level security clearance. This was a
huge change for my team as it meant that more then 7000 clearances needed to be
initiated. With a small team and such a large body of work to complete, it was

Another failure in welfare reform is clear in the welfare to work reform that was

more believable than the other? The Call of the Wild is a fictional story and is not
based on a true event while Rosa Parks auto biography is a true story about her life, I
would choose Rosa Parkslife story simply because the point of view she has taken and
the emotion expressed throughout the story complies with the specific events that
happened to her throughout her life.
This story is based mostly on the life of Rosa Parks and her growing up in a
segregation filled state. During the beginning of the book she talks about her
family, what she used to do for a living and the conflicts between her parents. She
tells us how she used to work on a plantation picking cotton for the earlier part of
her life. Also she tells us how adjusting to living life without slavery was a bit
harder than they had expected so soon after the war; their family underwent many
changes and for the first time was able to purchase land. Rosa Parks tells us about
her life from her earliest memories to the day she committed the act that helped end
segregation.
For the book that I read for the first semester The Call of the Wild was written in
the third person point of view. The Auto biography Rosa Parks: My Story was
written in the first person point of view. Personally I believe that for Rosa Parks
autobiography there would be so much less detail if it was changed to a third
person point of view. And while you re reading you would feel that the knowledge
of the writer is somewhat limited and can t give a 100 pure account. For the first
book that I read I believe that changing the perspective of the book from a third
person to a first person point of view would add much more emotion into the book.
This would make it feel as if you are in the characters position feeling what he or she
is feeling, almost like a movie. Depending on the genre of the story, I would rather a

The thinker (Figure 1), is one of the famous artwork that was created by the legendary
artist August Rodin. This statue was built is the 1881, that was when Rodin working
on another famous art work of his, the Gate of Hell. The thinker is a statue that
describes as a man whose think freely. When Rodin built the thinker, he built the
statue with a dimension of seventy one and fifty by forty centimeter, which consist of
the height seventy one and fifty centimeter and the weight is forty centimeter, it has

Introduction
The second learning objective we have is Knowledge. Which is my personal favorite
communication learning goal. I feel like the majority of the classes i have had in the
communication major has taught me something about myself and the world around

In 2011, I left high school flustered. I did not know were I was headed, I couldn t see

Many researches have been done with neonicotinoids. Researchers have found that
neonicotinoids have toxic effects on many non target species, one example being

populations have also been declining as a result of this. Researchers have classified
the effects of the insecticides based on US Environmental Protection Agency s
ecotoxicity classification system. Three insecticides: imidacloprid, clothianidin and
fipronil all showed adverse effects on insects. There have been hundreds of scientific
publications over the last 20 years that have talked about the adverse effects of
