ABSTRACT
 The money transaction most for used an
ATMs and credit cards.
 The authentication of these transactions are
unsecure
 Author proposes the idea of using
fingerprints
 customers as password in place of traditional
pin number
 A reference fingerprint of the nominee for
close family member of the customer
INTRODUCTION
 To perform financial transactions deposits
 Usually to perform a transaction a customer
has to use an ATM card .
 Security for the customer’s account is not
guaranteed by PIN.
 To enhance security and authentication of the
customer’s account
 Using the fingerprint of the customer as
password instead of PIN
OBJECTIVE
 To secure money transaction.
 No way to misuse the account.
 To security for the customer account.
 Only to use own person of the account.
EXISTING SYSTEM
 ATM is the most convenient to access the
accounts and funding transactions
 The ATM system provides the security in to
the pin number
 The pin no is four digit so very easily
remembered
 To use the account no in any person will be
used
DISADVANTAGESOF EXISTING SYSTEM
 Its provide the four digit pin number
 PIN’s strength is decreased as the tracking of
the code is increased
 A person should be tracked the pin no into
average 5000 times to correct no
 Any persons are used the ATM card and pin
no
PROPOSED SYSTEM
 ATMs as passwords instead of the traditional
pin number
 Here every account has two passwords two
fingerprints.
 TI depends on the requirements and
authentication of the application
 Fingerprints are patterns formed on the
epidermis of the finger
