ethics in business, medicine, and the military and the incompetence, pettiness, and corruption within
the bureaucratic ranks of the military. Each of its character s represent something special and they are
either aggressors or victims of the aggressors. The aggressors in the novel are the ones who bully or
manipulate selfishly and heartless. They have zero compassion for human life and answer only to
those with the money and the power. The victims are the ones that are the target of such bullying and
manipulation by the aggressors. The aggressors in the novel are Milo Minderbinder, ex P.F.C.
Wintergreen, Colonel Cathcart, General Dreedle, and Captain Black. The victims in Catch 22 are
Yossarian, Doc Daneeka, Nately, the Chaplain, and Major Major. Milo Minderbinder, the first
aggressor, is satire for modern business and all that is wrong with it. As a mess officer he runs a
lucrative enterprise syndicate and his only real care is profit. He will go to great lengths to make a
profit and he has no allegiance or loyalty to a country, person, or principle unless it pays him. He cares

Preface
The intention of this report is to describe my graduation internship period will was held in a company
called Coöperatie DevLab. Therefore, I would like to express my gratitude to my company supervisor
Mr. Roland van Straten, to my university supervisor Mr. Jeedella Jeedella and to Mr. Lex van Gijsel
for their guidance and support throughout the project.
The report itself follows each step that I have taken in attempt of fulfilling the assignment
requirements. Those requirements were defined and prioritized so I could have an overview on my
tasks instead of looking in general at the project. The intention is to program the firmware of a robot
which will be used to resemble collective algorithm behavior. The end goal of this project is to
implement the company s proprietary wireless communication protocol so self organizing swarm
behavior system can be realized.
The assignment required extensive research on the embedded system involved in the project as well as
on control engineering to implement an algorithm which takes care on the robots proper movement.

Introduction
There is no doubt that traditional brick and mortar retailers like us have seen a decline in sales since
the increased growth of e commerce. After researching the topic at hand, I have identified the issues
we face, and devised several solutions to aid us in our competition with online retailers.
Issues Sears Faces
The problem is, online retail is becoming the go to for convenience and customer service while brick
and mortar stores are struggling with sales growth. This problem is not only a Sears s exclusive
problem, but a shift in the way customers are shopping today. In order to further examine this issue, I
have first compared how other large brick and mortar retailers are doing in their battles with Amazon.
Walmart, for example, has seen incredibly slow growth while Amazon, is growing on an exponential
level. According to a 2014 article by fool.com, Walmart s five year projected annual earnings growth
rate was only about 7.9% while Amazon s was 46.6% (Duggan, 2014).
Consumers are turning to online retailers for cheaper prices, a more convenient shopping experience,
fast delivery, and a new technologically advanced way to shop. Traditional retailers are in a price
battle with stores like amazon that offer the same or similar products cheaper online. Many times
customers will even go to brick and mortar stores just to see the product in person before shopping for

How Does Winston Lose Power In 1984
The highest people or person that holds power can be taken down. In the novel 1984 by
George Orwell, Big Brother and The Party are a totalitarian government, but can be taken down by
their citizens. People like Winston who think differently and know the world is different will come

Controlling everyone s thoughts and what they do is not impossible, Big
Brother having the telescreens help watch the citizens, surveillance is key. Taking away privacy is
