Planning
Projection of Requirement vs Actual
Basis the Lead Projection, current
attrition rate and Shrinkage, do we
have sufficient manpower
available to cater the business
requirement?
Check for hiring trend, batch pipelines,
training throughput to arrive at data driven
conclusion.
If conclusion is that we're going to be
understaffed in future, ensure we get
sufficent manpower. Keep other
stakeholders in loop. Also ensure
sufficient support are hired/available in
timely manner.
Shrinkage
Ensure shrinkage is well within permissible
limits as per planning sheet
Identify the leakages and find the
ways to plug them
1. Partner expected to keep in touch with
advisors and share an expected shrinkage a
day in advance.
2. Projected vs Actual Shrinage to be
monitored and deviation to be brought to 0.
3. Should have reasons for shrinkages and
identify the ways to get the shrinkage within
control
Keep a wholistic view of Shrinkage.
Interday as well as Intraday Shrinkage
to be tracked and monitored by
ensuring desired login hours are also
met.
Attrition
Ensure shrinkage is well within permissible
limits as per planning sheet
Is partner following the correct exit
process and working on ways to
control attrition?
1. Do random exit interviews and intelligence
gathering to check sanity of Partner's exit
form and reasons mentioned there.
2. If any issues found, highlight to
management and do course correction.
2. If no issues found, then identify what could
have been done to retain the best talents

Training
throughput
Training throughput to 100%. If not, then a
course correction required basis the RCA.
Assess if batch is on correct course
of certification.
1. Is the training throughput same across
Trainers? Identify if any skill related issues
with trainer.
2. Are the regular daily/weekly assessments
happening to track the progress of
candidates? If not, start them. If Yes, check
the sanity of score by conducting a random
assessment.
3. If the above two points don't give any
conclusion, check if trainers/candidates are
caliberated to certification process, and
whether certification process in itself is
correct.
