 To design and devise marketing activities for new product and High speed data card along with
MARCOM to increase visibility and secondary of products across all the channels.
 To work closely on data of LUS, MOU, Traffic share, so as to improve the service delivery and market

b) Channel Management
 Assisted the channel partners to meet their business targets and achieve profitable ROI.
 To identify, interact and built an amicable association with financially strong and reliable dealers and
distributors, to achieve deeper market penetration and improved market share.
 Monitored distributor sales & marketing activities.
 To monitor closely with channel partner, and discuss the beat wise and day wise secondary and tertiary
data of sales representatives, for every beat for effective servicing and maximizing sale.
c) Product Launches / Promotions
 Responsible for sales of CDMA products (CDMA sim, E-recharge, RCV & Handset) - with clear focus on
product placement and its availability on all the possible outlets with better service through distributors
and also increase the retail base.
 To ensure primary lifting of HSD & Handsets by the Distributors and placement of Data-cards at the
KROs and IT outlets to increase depth & width of the channel.
 Was responsible for streamlining pre existing processes to enhance efficiencies, while minimizing
operational time.
 Devised & implemented pre & post marketing activities for successful launch of new products.
Distribution Sales (Prepaid – GSM) Idea Cellular Ltd. :
a) Job Responsibility- Idea Cellular Limited:
 Started with the responsibility of handling three tumbling prepaid distributor in East Delhi,
 Major task to stabilize the distributors in the territory to give stability & faith among retailers in order to
conquer the territory & the same achieved and distributors are still in system,
 Later handled Noida, geographically challenging territory with two prepaid distributors one on the verge
to depart,
 Major task to streamline business as per company’s vision and strengthening the basics to groom the
territory,
 Successfully established one distributors territory with two new Non- telecom partners and nurtured them
to expert them in all parameters with strong hold in territory,
