Is an article in kerrang magazine by the band
‘’kindness’’. The article is a detailed in depth
interview with band of how they are finding the fame
as well as there future endowers. Also there is
question on there rise to fame and personally
opinions on other groups.
Mode of address: reading the article the way it is address is vey
informal so it can connect with their fans, the interview has been
conducted with very causal language with the terms and phrases
used ‘’I accidentally got SHIT in my teeth once’’ this shows how
there trying to make a rapport with the fans. The interview is
conducted with specific questions which all the band members have
there own responses

The purpose for the article is
to entertain people and also
to give their fans a interview
with their role models and to
see there real personalities.
The purpose also promotes
them which gives them more
exposure to gain more fans
and to have more recognition
Layout
The way which page is set out is on a two page
spread, which is landscape style. The layout
contains loads of subhead lines with responses
underneath. The way it looks is very dark and
gothic with colors and the headlines are very
bold and easy to read it also sticks out. The
colors work well with the interview some stick
with house style for magazine.
Written style:
The headline ‘’we’d kill Hayley Williams'’ the headline is very
violent as well its sets the tone of what the article will be with
the language use and it was portrayed in such a blunt fashion.
Also reading more in the article there's a clear indication of how
informal it is with the profanity use and the quotes which are
headlined.
Use of images:
The images of the artist
shows who is being
interviewed, also the way it
is set out with the images on
left side of the page and on
the right. This makes more
of a dynamic edge to it also
it balances the article very
well with the headlines and
images and also the change
of colors in the font and the
style of it.
