CONVENTIONAL PILING:
This method of piling is particularly useful for installing where access is difficult and where a high tolerance is specified. The use of guide wailings to restrain the piles during the majority of the driving cycle and guiding effect from adjacent piles gives better results than any pitch and drive pile method of installation.
The piling winch used has excellent power saving and stress taking abilities. They are the suited equipments for lifting, well sinking, erection and hoisting functions and can be attached to cranes and other such equipments. The single drum bored pile winch of 5 ton and 7.5 ton are used. Along with this various kinds of boiler, rock cutting chisel, tripod, top guide casing, bottom casing pipe, DMC rods with sockets, trimmie pipe, trimmie funnel , swivel for DMC rod, core cutter , centrifugal mud circulation pump etc and all other accessories required for bore piling work are also used
ROTARY PILING:
We use robust and efficient machines that allow us to provide world class piling services to our clients. RCC bored cast-in-situ piling by DMC method or by bailor-casing method in normal soil and difficult soil’s too of diameter between 400 mm to 1200 mm for different structures including bridges. Other than straight shaft, bored piling is also undertaken.

5. AUGER PILING:
We undertake auger piles up to 400 mm in diameter with specialization in single as well as double under-reamed pile.
PILE LOAD TESTING:
Static pile load testing one of the
most common methods for testing the actual insitu capacity of a pile the test program involves the direct measurement of pile head displacement in response to a physically applied load.
The test pile is loaded using a calibrated hydraulic jack that applies the test load to the pile by pushing against a beam placed directly over the test pile. The test beam is restrained by an anchorage system consisting of reaction piles installed in the adjacent ground to provide tension resistance.
Once in load test frame is in place and fully instrumented the hydraulic jack applies the test load in a series of increments according to the testing requirements specified the project’s engineer. Pile can be tested for compression, tension or lateral loads.
Dynamic load testing is a method to assess a pile’s bearing capacity by applying a dynamic load to the pile head while recording acceleration and strain on the pile head. Dynamic load testing is a high strain dynamic test which is applied after pile installation. The foundation bearing capacity results obtained with dynamic load test correlate well with the result of static load test performed on the same foundation element.
