Dear Ms. Aprilyn,
Following the recent selection process that you have participated, we, AM Group, have
pleasure in extending you an offer of Appointment as Saleslady. As part of our legal
obligations as an employer in this region, this offer is subject to a satisfactory medical
examination and completion of employment visa formalities.
This offer should be return to the HR Department duly signed by you within 7 days from the
date of issue, otherwise it will be considered as null and void. The conditions of employment
are as below:-
1. Contract period
2 years – Renewable (first 6 months will be
probation)
2. Basic salary (AED) 720/month
3. Other allowance (AED) 480/month
4. Accommodation 400/month
5. Total salary (AED) 1600/month
6. Medical Insurance Will be provided by the company
01. In addition to the above you will be eligible for an incentive upon achieving the target
given by the company.
02. You shall be on probation for a period of 6 months and during the tenure of probation the
company reserves the right to terminate your job without any notice or assigning any
reasons.
03. In case of any indiscipline, fraud, inefficiency or leakage of company’s business secrets, the
company reserves the right to terminate your services without any notice or any
Compensation.
04. During the tenure of the contract, you shall not accept any part time job elsewhere or
indulge in any type of activity against the interest of the company.
05. End of service benefits shall be given to you as per UAE Labour Law, except in cases
mentioned in paragraph (2) above.
06. Upon severance of your employment, you have to return to the company all
papers/documents and/or other property that may be in your possession, relating to the
business or affair of the company and should not retain any copies or extracts there from.
07. This offer is subject to your visa approval from Labour & Immigration Department and
your employment will always subject to change from time to time in accordance with the
rules and regulations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
08. In addition to the terms and conditions mentioned above, you shall be governed by the
rules of the company prevailing from time to time.
In case you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions, please sign and return the
duplicate copy of this letter as a token of your acceptance of this offer along with your
passport copy and 10 passport size photographs within 7 days of receipt of the same.
