We are pleased to offer you employment with Alpha Geeks Software Solutions (P) LTD, (the
“Company”) on the following terms and Conditions:
1. Date of Commencement
Your employment will commence in this role on “15th Nov 2015” and will continue unless
terminated in accordance with paragraph (Termination) below.
2. Position and Scope
Your appointment with the company is that of Associate-Technical Sales (Operations). You will
faithfully and diligently perform all acts, duties and obligations and comply with such order as
may be designated by the company which is responsibly consistent with that position.
3. Remuneration
Your gross salary per annum will be Four Lakh Eighty Thousand only and will be as more
particularly set out in schedule 1 hereto as a fixed component. You will be paid on a monthly
basis in accordance with the company‘s policy in regard.
4. Exclusivity of Services
The offer is subject to the accuracy of the testimonials and information provide by you
and your being free from any contractual restrictions preventing
you from accepting this offer or starting work on the above mentioned date

2. 5. Incentive
The Monthly Variable incentive will be based on Performance Scores. Please note the monthly i
ncentive is a variable component calculated on the basis of performance.
6. Assessment period
You will be on the assessment period for 15 days, if through to assessment period, the
non-probation period for 3 months from the date of your joining.
7. Code of Conduct
Your final appoint mentis subject to the acceptance of terms and condition of the appointment
letter
issued after accepting this letter of intent and joining on the specified date. That would be give
n after the submission of the relevant documents as mentioned in this letter.

7. 4 Passport size photographs.
NOTE:-
1. Any false fiction
regarding the personal details, residential address, education, previous experience and s
alary etc. would lead to termination of this agreement and you would not be entitled for
any compensation in form of salary or incentives.
2. Please note that your joining the organization would be considered as an acceptance of t
