Why are these traits important to AOL ?
They are important to AOL because the new COO needs to demonstrate
the following skills:
Trustworthy as well as Commitment:
● Lead.
● Advise.
● Manage the team on key planning issues.
Take Initiative / have a vision with CEO / and have the ability to set
priorities:
● The COO will be able to recommend as well as make important business decisions.
● Take charge in high-priority crises.
Why are these traits important to AOL ?
They are important to AOL because the new COO needs to demonstrate
the following skills:
Need to have strong organizational skills
● Ensure all department heads are fully informed of operational objective.
● Set operational and / or performance goals for each department which are
aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals.
● Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that
progress is being made.
A team player, shows strong interpersonal skills / communication skills:
● Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure that priorities are
clear and coordination is good.
● Ensure activities that comply with organizational requirements for quality
management, legal stipulations, and general duty of care.
● Facilitate resolution of issues between departments.

They are important to AOL because the new COO needs to demonstrate the following skills: Trustworthy as well as Commitment: ● Lead. ● Advise. ● Manage the team on key planning issues. Take Initiative / have a vision with CEO / and have the ability to set priorities: ● The COO will be able to recommend as well as make important business decisions. ● Take charge in high-priority crises.
  • 6. Why are these traits important to AOL ? They are important to AOL because the new COO needs to demonstrate the following skills: Need to have strong organizational skills ● Ensure all department heads are fully informed of operational objective. ● Set operational and / or performance goals for each department which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals. ● Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made. A team player, shows strong interpersonal skills / communication skills: ● Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure that priorities are clear and coordination is good. ● Ensure activities that comply with organizational requirements for quality management, legal stipulations, and general duty of care. ● Facilitate resolution of issues between departments.
