I would like to recommend Carmen Garcia as a candidate for a position within your company or law
firm. Carmen was a Paralegal Intern in our ofFice from March 17,20L5 to April 23,20L5.
Carmen was more than competent in this position and portrayed a high level of professionalism during
her internship. She was an asset to our law firm and has excellent communications skills. She is
organized and can work independently and always gets the job done. Carmen had a wonderful rapport
with our clients and we would love to have her back anytime.
Carmen's duties on a daily were as follows: Answering phones and messages, intakes of clients
seeking legal assistance, case review of client's legal needs, client contact, such as emailing, calling
and drafting letters.
Processing client files into the firm's client management program, shipping of letters, forms, repofts
and packages, USPS, FedEx. and UPS. Researching case information, necessities and creating reports
which pinpointed pertinent information.
