INTRODUCTION
• Agriculture is one of the most important
occupation in India , about 70% of people in
India are farmers
• We know that the technology in our country is
not on-par with the other developed countries
like U.S.A,Russia etc..
• We know that most of the crops need to dry after
riping and this is very much this is very much
difficult especially in rainy season.
• To reduce this problem we made this project

COMPONENTS EXPLANATION
• RAIN SENSOR
The most common modern rain sensors are based on the principle of total
internal reflection: an infrared light is beamed at a 45-degree angle into the
windshield from the interior — if the glass is wet, less light makes it back to
the sensor, and the wipers turn on.
ARDUINO
The Arduino board is connected to a computer via USB, where it connects with
theArduino development environment (IDE). The user writes the Arduino
code in the IDE, then uploads it to the microcontroller which executes the code,
interacting with inputs and outputs such as sensors, motors, and lights.
SERVO MOTOR
Servo motor works on the PWM ( Pulse Width Modulation ) principle, which
means its angle of rotation is controlled by the duration of pulse applied to its
control PIN. Basicallyservo motor is made up of DC motor which is controlled
by a variable resistor (potentiometer) and some gears.
ADVANTAGES
• Can protect the seeds from rain.
• Farming is made easier using technology.
• Able to use technology efficiently.
• Reduce use of traditional farming methods.
APPLICATIONS
• In Argriculture
• In Home applications
• Military Applications
• Medical Applications
CONCLUSION
This method is very economical and does not cost
much.we can save the crops from the rain as well
as protect them from being stolen.
Whats the use of technology if it couldn’t help the
worlds most dependable occupation-agriculture.
