For students, parents and teachers it is important to know what is exam anxiety. It is equally important to know about effective techniques to manage it.
Anger often considered as a bad emotion is a healthy, human emotion. It helps in reducing stress while balancing your physical and emotional distress but losing control of your actions after getting angry is the stage where things slip out of your hands. Anger management can refer to a psycho-therapeutic program that can help you in anger prevention and control. These slides cover the introduction or definition of anger, causes of anger, anger cycle, the ways to understand your anger, relaxation technique to manage anger, etc. to give you a better understanding of it...
Dear All,
Do you get angry often in your life that makes you loose focus on what is right and wrong? Is there been a time that you failed to see reason because you were very angry at something or someone? Do you scream at your spouse / children / friends / subordinates when you are angry? Welcome to the party - you are one among millions who are victims of this much devastating emotional volatility which is as good as a human bomb ready to explode any time!
Let me share with you this PPT on " How to stop getting angry ". Please do let me have your comments on the same.
With best regards
Shamim

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. NAC is used to deprogram negative neuroassociations that are causing approach avoidance and instead reprogram yourself with positive neuroassociations that lead to being approach automatic. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
https://bit.ly/BabeSideDoll4u Babeside is a company that specializes in creating handcrafted reborn dolls. These dolls are designed to be incredibly lifelike, with realistic skin tones and hair, and they have become increasingly popular among collectors and those who use them for therapeutic purposes. At Babeside, we believe that our reborn dolls can provide comfort and healing to anyone who needs it.
The Healing Power of Babeside's Handcrafted Creations
Our reborn dolls are more than just beautiful pieces of art - they can also help alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Studies have shown that holding or cuddling a soft object like a stuffed animal or a reborn doll can release oxytocin, which is often referred to as the "love hormone." This hormone helps us feel calm and relaxed, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
In addition to their physical benefits, reborn dolls can also offer emotional support. For many people, having something to care for and nurture can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Reborn dolls can also serve as a reminder of happy memories or loved ones who have passed away.

you can Work It Out or Just Move On
32. Work It Out
Sometimes what you want is different from what you can get
Being flexible: being able to accept something a bit
different from what you originally wanted
See if you can think of a flexible solution for below:
• You love playing football at recess, but no one
remembered to bring the football
• You are in the mood for chicken nuggets, but your family
is going to a Chinese restaurant for dinneris going to a Chinese restaurant for dinner
• You have almost beaten your video game, but your time is
up and your sister is waiting for her turn
Brainstorming: Thinking of a lot of solutions to a problem
33. Work It Out: Compromise
• When what you want and what the other person wants
are totally different, you can go for a Compromise
• In a compromise, no one gets exactly what they want,
but everyone gets something close to what they want
Think of a compromise to solve each of below:
• You are starving, but the rule at your house is no snacks• You are starving, but the rule at your house is no snacks
right before dinner
• You want to ride your cycle but your friend wants to play
catch-catch
• You want to go outside, but your mom says its time for
homework.
34. Just Move On
• Example: In game of catching-cook a person touches your
sleeve, not your hand
• Deciding to move on means totally letting the problem go
• You are deciding not to waste your time and energy• You are deciding not to waste your time and energy
fighting against something that doesn’t matter much
• Some things you can say to yourself to remind yourself
that every situation is not worth fighting for
THATS THE WAY
WHATEVER
THATS THE WAY
THINGS GO
SOMETIMES
ITS NOT WORTH
GETTING ANGRY ABOUTITS NOT THAT
BIG A DEAL
OH WELLWHATEVER
35. Work It Out or Move On?
• You are in line at the canteen and someone cuts in
front of you.

recess but now she is playing catching cook.

• Your mom just got home from work, and she shouts at
you for something you didn’t even do.
Work it out Move on
36. Work It Out or Move On?
• Your best friend told you he can’t make it to your
birthday party.
Work it out Move onWork it out Move on
•You are in the middle of doing something and your dad
calls you outside to help water the plants.
Work it out Move on
• Your brother calls you a name just to make you angry.
Work it out Move on
38. Find a Solution Song
Have a problem? Talk it out,
work together, don't scream and shout.
Problems don't just go away,
it all depends on what we do and say.it all depends on what we do and say.
Tell what happened, say what's true.
Listen to the others point of view.
Be polite, don't name-call or fight.
Getting even just is not right.Getting even just is not right.
List ideas, things that will work.
Say sorry if needed, or fix what we broke.
Find a solution that we both can do.
Try to find one that fits me and you.
