should realize these situations. With this social media platform, institution may facilitate the knowledge
transfer process, then to support collaborative learning from e-learning to social learning. Referring to this
phenomenon, this research will design the integration of concepts of knowledge management and social
media as a framework to identify the significant components and its relationship to support each other. In
this research, we use a systematic literature review from journal and text book to construct this
collaboration model. The outcome of this study is collaboration model of knowledge management and

An Introduction of E-learning based on Social NetworksEswar Publications
Social networks contribute a good portion of Internet traffic nowadays and thus attract tremendous research interests. Among social networking services, Facebook has become most popular for communication with familiar and also with unfamiliar
persons. Many people at different levels use social network. The impact of the use of social network on students is very high. We have conducted a survey on various students from several universities of Bangladesh. The result has revealed that most of the students use Internet for social networking rather than studying. Our point of view is this part of information. Our concern is to propose an option where students can study from several pages regarding learning with the all other facilities of social network. It will help a student to learn through the use of social network.

Abstract— It is easier and faster for students to learn from knowledgeable students. The speed of information age and evolving educational technology have changed the way of teaching and the level of knowledge acquired during teaching. In this study, we present establishment of educational network among the undergraduate with mobile application. Students will be trained on the mobile application using smart devices which are present in almost every university student today. For this training, firstly the teams will be established and the target group will be reached for the education given by the knowledgeable student. With the mobile application to be prepared, students will be able to enroll in courses that are opened, will be notified about the lessons from the instructors and will be able to access the necessary source documents easily. The application will also be a website at the same time and all the operations performed in the application will also be available on the website.

With the help of web mining technology, the
importance of e-learning is in advance. The web mining gives
the personalized education. By using various mining
techniques, both the learner and the teacher can achieve
benefits. Thus, the process of learning becomes simpler and
affordable. With the advancement in web mining, the
education through eLearning is improved.
In this paper, we proposed "Combi", a new system for
combining three web mining techniques with the learner's
profile for e-learning personalization. Our personalization is
based on learners’ preferences, educational background and
experience. The goal we took of personalization is learner's
satisfaction. Our Combi system helps the learner to find the
most suitable related information needed without wasting time
and effort in looking through the long list of searched results to
find the most suitable information. We discovered the learning
behavior pattern to build up a series of feedback and
motivation system and we compared the results from our
system with an existing related system.

June 3, 2024 Anti-Semitism Letter Sent to MIT President Kornbluth and MIT Cor...Levi Shapiro
Letter from the Congress of the United States regarding Anti-Semitism sent June 3rd to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, MIT Corp Chair, Mark Gorenberg
Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202
