1. Primary job responsibilities at Ascendum KPS
Team management (max team size - 28) including Training, Briefing, Providing updates
to the team and interviewing new members.
Day to day activities including work load management, Work allocation/assignment,
Quality control , Solutions to process related problems, Managed turn time & Meeting
deadlines, Communication with clients, customers and third parties.
Keeping team member’s daily & monthly work records. Providing them positive
feedbacks, encouragement, motivation, training and updates on real time basis.
Worked on employee’s incentives plans, Job Knowledge Quiz, Employees outing, Fun
Activities and Quarterly R&R. Worked with HR & Payroll dept. to resolved queries and
questions from team.
Worked with several different clients and their different processes including
understanding their process requirements, setting up their processes, verbal and
written communication. Video and conf. calls, Quality Management, Daily or weekly
process related updates.
Worked directly with VP, General Production Manager, and Operations Manager and
analyzed required staffing, training for new processes and/or current processes which
are expanding.
Discussed business overview, new ideas, improvements, cost cutting, feedbacks and
updates from clients.
Monthly business review with VP and GPM. Day to day production reports to Operations
Manager and clients and Monthly reports to VP and GPM.

Created SOP’s, Checklists and other tools and materials for the team to made daily task
