   Relationship with our suppliers.
DEFINE AND FORMULATE OUR GOAL

   Improve quality and management of O & M.
   Getting the customer confidence.
   Improve the bottom line.
   To get the contract renewal.
DEVELOP AN ACTION PLAN




   Contractual performance.
   Rearrangement of resources.
   Process Development for action.
   Implementation of the Health and Safety.
   Measure changes and improvements.
ESTABLISH NEW ROUTES


   Regular meetings with local clients.

   Use of new technologies for greater control of
    the communication.

   Regular meetings with our team.

   Regular meetings with suppliers.

   Improve methods of knowledge of
    interventions.
OPTIMIZE RESOURCE

    interventions.
