What does science says about Ageing?
Aging refers to the physiological changes we experience during our lifespan. It’s also an inevitable part
of life.
There are currently more than 300 theories on why we age. In general aging can be categorized in two
types:
1. Cellular Aging
2. Damage-Related and Environmental Aging
Ayurveda, one of the world's most authoritative mind-body-spirit medicinal systems, offers various
concepts of the aging process. This system of medicine includes ingredients and therapies for healthy
aging so as to create an optimal health and lengthen an individual's health span by living in harmony
with nature.
At Ame organic, we are using an amalgamation of latest technology and ancient Ayurveda (derived
