Odyssey: Legendary Journeys
Introducing SpaRitual’sSpecial Matte Nail Lacquer Collection
SpaRitual is pleased to release Odyssey; a collection that pays homage to history’s epic journeys with six richly pigmented,
matte lacquers. Strong, but not showy, the colors celebrate the gifts bestowed on the inveterate traveler. Beyond silver and
gold, there are riches that can’t be measured. The Polish names were inspired by character descriptions: determination,
courage, loyalty, grace, gratitude and bravery.
SpaRitual aims to encourage the traveler inside you to embark on a journey. Let life guide the journey without a map or
compass; open yourself to adventure. As an individual, it is our job to decide once we have arrived.
‘’The Odyssey collection was inspired by my adventures - and the journeys of many centuries tales, and has been translated
into a chivalric palette of shades,” says SpaRitual founder Shel Pink.
The Odyssey Nail Lacquer Collection features deep, rich, dusky shades and shimmering neutrals. The colors include
Determination, Courage, Loyalty, Grace, Gratitude and Bravery.
SpaRitual is committed to providing spa and nail care products that nourish the mind, body and spirit connection which are
also environmentally kind. As with all SpaRitual lacquers, the Odyssey Nail LacquerCollection is formulated free of DBP,
Toluene, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin and camphor.
For 2013, SpaRitual’s overarching theme is Slow Matters. This is a reminder to slow down our busy lives and savor the
precious moments we all share. Each collection is a reflection of the theme and a reminder to step off the fast track, reconnect
with ourselves and truly experience life. The Special MatteOdyssey Collection will be available November 1, 2013 and will
retail for $12.00 each at select spa and retail locations throughout the country, including online at SpaRitual.com and

As a young girl growing up in Afghanistan, Rachel Hussein constantly watched
television broadcasts of motorsport races. She dreamed of one day working behind the
scenes for a major motorsport venue. She didn’t know exactly how to go about pursing
this goal, but she simply knew she would one day represent a motorsport facility.
Now a 30-year-old Public Relations professional, Hussein has made her dream a
reality. And the American University of Sharjah Department of Mass Communication
graduate says she couldn’t be happier with her job. Bahrain International Circuit hired her
directly out of college, as a result of her involvement and high GPA within the Public
Relations program. “When opening the track in 2004, the American University of Sharjah
Department of Mass Communication program was one of the first places we looked to hire
from. Even among the best, Hussein stood out,” says hiring manger, Warren Shultz.
As head of PR at the Bahrain International Circuit, many challenging situations have
come her way. Last April, protestors were in full force nearby the Formula One grand prix.
The main opposition group said around 60 rallies were held in 40 locations, in an upsurge
of a two-and-a-half-year-old campaign to push the Sunni Muslim ruling family for more
democracy in the Shi'ite-majority nation of 1.25 million people.
In order to keep the spectators entertained, Hussein flew a clown in from the UK.
“I’ve never laughed so hard in my life. Bonkers the clown had the whole crowd’s
attention,” says spectator John Smith. The atmosphere inside couldn’t have been more
different from the chaos happening outside of the track. “I was overjoyed to be able to give
these people an escape from the bad things happening out there,” says Hussein. Hussein
also organized media interviews for Bernie Ecclestone, commercial right holder, and
Zayed Al Zayani, the chairman of the circuit. “I am very pleased Hussein recognized the
need for media correspondence and acted fast,” says Zayani.

Let Jetstar take your advertising to the next level, by connecting you with a captive
audience! This year, Jetstar is launching a program called “Airplane Advertising 2.0,” that
allows your message to be placed on both the inside and outside of our aircrafts. Your ads
may be placed on bulkhead wraps, overhead bins, sidewall panels, trace tables, back seat
inserts, headrest covers and other areas. These advertisements are unobtrusive, tasteful
and fully visible to passengers throughout the entire flight.
This is a message you cannot miss- and it could be yours.
Gain brand awareness by turning our top of the line jets into
your brand’s canvas. This option will reach not only Jetstar
travelers, but passengers flying with other airlines as well.
Turn tray tables into works of art, inspired by your brand.
Tray table decals are a cost efficient way to tell your brand’s
story. With airplanes seating 177-335 passengers, your
odds of making an impression are higher than ever.
With advertisements placed on overhead bins, travelers will
not only see your message when they are storing and
unloading their belongings, but also when they board, move
about the plane during the flight and as they slowly deplane.
In order to best accommodate your unique advertising needs, we offer a variety of price
points. Please call us at 1866-397-8170 for more information.

Ms. Meade:
Ready to get inspired? Australian label, Jac + Jack’s summer line will show you how to mix
runway worthy pieces with every-girl basics in new and exciting combinations.
Our summer collection stays true to our heritage of effortless yet fashionable pieces with
an outing of simple separates and assorted tones. The summer lookbook features an array
of modern oversized dresses, slim-fit pants, black and white color-blocking and elegant
silk blouses. This season, the Jac + Jack woman looks to revamp her wardrobe with these
polished pieces.
Jac + Jack is celebrity approved. Australian actress, Rebecca Gibney, was spotted sporting
the label at the Hollywood movie premiere of “We’re the Millers.” Gibney paired our “5
Pocket Crop Jean” with a simple grey tank, neutral wedges and minimal jewelry. Four-time
Grammy award winner, Olivia Newton-John has also been seen in the brand. She sported
our “Stripe Jersey and Silk dress” to lunch with friends.
Founders, Jac Hunt and Lisa ‘Jack’ Dempsey met while working at Marcs and created Jac +
Jack in 2004. “Both of us saw a gap in the market for pared back knits that really had no
detailing, that were of beautiful quality and used the best yarns possible,” says Hunt.
Hunt and Dempsey will be in your area and available for interviews December 7-13.
