This document provides guidance on recruiting National Support Talents (NST) to support the work of the Movement for Change Volunteer Program (MCVP). It outlines the roles and responsibilities of those managing the recruitment process, including defining goals and projects, determining the needed structure and number of NST positions, carrying out the recruitment process through promotion, application, interview, and induction, and ensuring proper documentation and performance management.
