AIESEC is a global network of over 50,000 members across more than 100 countries that helps companies source diverse global talent. They connect organizations with international interns through a structured matching and selection process. Companies define an internship role and AIESEC pre-screens candidates from its global database, selecting three for the company to interview. AIESEC then handles the intern's housing, visa, reception and evaluations to provide a turnkey international internship program starting at 12,500 DKK per month. With over 60 years of experience developing leaders, AIESEC guarantees intern quality through international standards and a rigorous recruitment and evaluation process.
