This document outlines the draft agenda for a technical assistance mission and retreat of the OMSAR (Organization for Management and Coordination of Relief) in Lebanon from December 7-11, 2015. The mission aims to provide training and work sessions on strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and collaborative strategies. It includes training sessions on corporate planning and monitoring led by SIGMA and OMSAR experts. It also involves OMSAR team presentations of pilot project proposals, a retreat for team building activities, and working sessions to design implementation plans for priority areas from January to April 2016 such as monitoring, evaluation and collaborative strategies. The document was produced with financial assistance from the European Union.
