The document summarizes Peter Anyebe's research on developing precision in human resource management using conceptual models. It outlines two assumptions: perceiving existence beyond matter to include mind, soul and spirit; and shifting business emphasis from profit/loss to value creation.
Models were derived to establish this conception, including the perception model of mind and standard procedure series. Key factors like thought pattern, behavior pattern, learning curve, productivity and leadership were determined. Metrics like the F-Scale, identity kit and bill of health index were developed for measurement. The research aims to put the right workforce in the right environment for profitable business results by quantifying concepts like commitment, character, learning and effort.
The right workforce would be characterized by behavior that is process oriented, which would be rooted in thought that is creative; which thought would be characterized by forms and waves, to derive the four, 4 strategic objectives that would be required for goal attainment to specifications
Emotional intelligence, viewed from the perspective of the knowledge of wisdomPeter Anyebe
An omelet of the best from the west, including objectivity and simplicity; and the best from the east, which include neutrality and self-control; made in Africa to optimize the intellect and focus our feelings, for purpose attainment
The Intellect is Environmental: An HR Perspective of Environmental DeterminismPeter Anyebe
It is now possible to teach, as well as learn, creativity; as the capacity to discern forms, using a form of levitation by leveraging, to identify purpose at three, 3 successive levels above the phenomenon being analyzed. This has the potential to increase the percentage of humanity that creates value from 20%, and the percentage that makes wealth from 1%
The Agape Constant, F: A Mathematical Model of HumansPeter Anyebe
Given the natural order, and learning as the capacity to reconstruct it, it becomes possible to predict behavior from thought; then productivity and leadership would derive from self-control, which predicts learning
The Measure of Faith, Optimization of the Human Power Resource QualityPeter Anyebe
Language, as a medium for thought, may not be as precise as mathematics. But when thought deeps beyond the appearances to capture the essential elements of phenomena, some precision is achieved, according to the observed consistency of the person.
For people who are consistent, the appraised return on investment, ROIApp and the soul, S would be equal, for ROIApp = S; subject to C1 = Cb and C2 = Cp, as well as F4p = F4b.
This basis for the establishment of the above thesis is consistent with the requirement that two, 2 parts of thought, Pc and C would be equivalent to one, 1 part of behavior, √n for √n = 1/C Pc^2.
Thus at one level, C1 and C2 define thought and F4 defines behavior; while at another level, C and F4 define thought, while S defines behavior.
A model of learning is presented to optimize the human-power resource quality, HpRQ which model positions humanity like their nearest neighbors, the animals, to be clothed from the inside.
Human variability would however be a constant companion, out of which it would be impossible to optimize humanity. It would therefore be sufficient that mind functions by the waves model at thought, f0 and soul by the principle of moments at behavior, Po. This would sustain the HpRQ, f0H albeit the skill shortage, StG that underlies the variability, VRT quandary.
To fulfill their nature and function therefore, humans are labyrinthinely complexly integrated and wired accordingly, to have spirit, protoplasm and mind; all three, 3 of which team to build the soul.
The right workforce would be characterized by behavior that is process oriented, which would be rooted in thought that is creative; which thought would be characterized by forms and waves, to derive the four, 4 strategic objectives that would be required for goal attainment to specifications

Growth is defined as the upward shift from the perception of mere appearances, which are ephemeral; to the perception of essentials, which are unchanging. Then maturity is defined in 6σ terms as the performance at task by the standard procedure, which is characterized by the contribution of minimum entropy to the environment.
Making Global Leaders, An HR ImperativePeter Anyebe
The human person is modeled as one with the universe, which unity is evident in the observed equivalence between soul, S and the return on investments, ROI; then for the matured human the scores on the features that describe the content of the human character would be equivalents, including objectivity, f0 self-control, ScR self-containment, ScT and retention, RtN
Mathematical Psychology in Broad StrokesPeter Anyebe
The concept of the quantum wave function collapse, QWFC in physics is adapted to the humanities via the natural order, N-O which operationalizes the forms principle as a unique case of the waves principle; in which all three, 3 features are linked by the forth, 4th to distinguish between the human and physical phenomena, which are characteristically continuous and discrete, respectively.
The natural order, N-O is derived from the four, 4 fundamental principles that govern the universe. It discretizes to predict, as well as axiomatizes choice to segment, based on which to diagnose with reference to the normal curve.
For establishment the factors S, ROIApp, and F are reconstructed, to derive them from first, 1st principles. Then F which is the motivational element that determines the other two, 2 is reduced into its four, 4 variants to demonstrate predictability, FN segmentation, Fb, FQ neutrality, FM and then diagnoses, for FM = ScT + PfI.
At the optimum the reconstructions are valid, 97% of the times.
The black box model, a talent management model for grooming transformational ...Peter Anyebe
The mind is presented as the equipment that determines the level of consciousness, whether the person is stock with appearances or is able to perceive essentials; at which depth the black box is adequately described to outline system operation, as evidence of talent and leadership; both of which can be optimally developed in organisations that reward need with synergy, and ability with monetized ROI
The Natural Order, Globalisation Of Hr Metrics To Optimise People Value For S...Peter Anyebe
It is now possible to trim down HR Metrics, and make them universal across industries and professions, to create a level play ground for all the staff; and to improve on the observed values steadily until people value is optimised, for sustained organisational growth, as well as liquefy the value of the business environment
To Be or not to Be, that is the Question; but what is the Answer?Peter Anyebe
Focus would appear to be scarce, despite its significance to the human psyche and to success; because of the inherent inability to choose, from the infinite number of quantum possibilities
Talent management another look at skills mismatch and shortagesPeter Anyebe
Talent takes the work out of the works, to make work into a play. The motivation and positive disposition in terms of the attitude that is associated with talent makes the acquisition of abilities a breeze. This would be evident in the resolution of objectivity, α and identity, F. And corroborated by the observed consistency in the scores on the three, 3 measures of the skill gap. SkG. Then the observed location, α and size, F would translate into retention, RtN and engagement, EnG respectively, subject to the observed skills match, McH and shortage, StG according to the resolution of talent.
This conception presents α, F, McH, StG, EnG, RtN as the six, 6 strategic metrics that make the workforce tick, all of which are subject to talent development.
The Power to Make Wealth: A Note to the Budding EntrepreneurPeter Anyebe
Entrepreneurs are sufficiently sensitive, Sn to the environment, to identify the particular need(s) that they can satisfy. Associated with the fact that the need exists however is the ignorance of how it may be satisfied, by the rest of the group who may not have been as sensitive. It is this ignorance that poses the greatest challenge, in the form of opposition to the novelty; which is worsened by the herd mentality that has been observed to characterize humanity
F scale, the kernel factor in a performance model based on the principle of i...Peter Anyebe
Imagery is presented at once as a reversal and a likeness, to define procedure and character respectively; and then conceptualized in the following quote:
A God, who is self-contained
Created a universe that is self-contained
And expects humans to become self-contained
So they can make institutions that are self-contained
Life is good: When the Person is CreativePeter Anyebe
Physics has identified the fine structure constant, α as basis for intelligent life in the universe. And the factor-F is presented here as the basis for spiritual life. The agape constant, F is a variable constant in the same category with pi, π the exponential function, ex and the fine structure constant, α. It defines the boundary between life and death. At iF = 1 death would be around the corner, as life’s journey would have been accomplished, successfully or not.
Both α and iF are required at work and at home respectively, to make the person tick. They are optimized when space, π and time, ex are resolved, as evident in the scores on ROI’ and BHI’, and f0’’’ respectively. To resolve space, π and time, ex legitimately and personally would require the commitment to salvation, which salvation is a concept in religion that optimizes the access to the DNA, for all the information that is required for livelihood.
To establish the factor-iFas basis for spiritual life in the universe, the soul, S is valued from the two, 2 perspectives of relativity and its differential, to predict the person’s size, SzL from the relative average of both scores at a correlation of 0.98, for the subjects who satisfied the test of spirituality, for iF ≥ 0.67 and corroborated by nS ≥ 0.73. To corroborate the establishment, the factor-nS from which iF is derived is predicted at a correlation of r = 0.91 also for the subjects who satisfied the test of spirituality.
Learning and Development, in Focus; no Hiding Place for the SoulPeter Anyebe
Humanity’s greatest challenge that might even turn out to be the greatest bane would be the commitment to a course, which would be sufficiently strong, to motivate the required effort for success, even unto the death
The 3 Laws of Performance, in Fulfillment of HR’s Triple Bottom Line.pdfPeter Anyebe
By the three, 3 performance laws the data would be normal when performance is optimum, it would be left-skewed for growth, and right-skewed for decay; which decay would be an indication of the dire need for the synergy that groups offer, as well as the inconsistencies and intolerance that are associated with work for sustenance
Abstract; From Protoplasm to Soul: Toward the Creativity RevolutionPeter Anyebe
The case is made for paradigm shifts in science, business and even at home; for the purpose to derive the appropriate universal values and standards. Then creativity is translated from its traditional domain in intuition where it is done by trial and error, into rationality where it is deliberate, teachable, learnable and measureable; according to the capacity for causal interaction, CI. And entrepreneurship is conceptualized as the investment into the organizational culture, OrgC for the purpose to optimize the human power resource quality, HpRQ put the right workforce in the right environment to deliver profitable business growth, and resolve the dilemma with skills shortages and mismatch.

The twentieth step in the corporate planning process—the third step in the capital budgeting
stage—is for the budget committee or the chief financial officer (CFO) to perform financial
analyses on the requests. Before Medicare stopped reimbursing capital at cost, few healthcare
organizations performed any significant financial analyses on equipment because in the risk-
free environment of cost-based reimbursement, healthcare organizations and their lenders were
guaranteed a return on capital expenditures regardless of whether they used the equipment. In a
1973 study of large hospitals, only 8 percent of the hospitals calculated the net present value of
a capital expenditure before purchasing it (William and Rakich 1973). Some hospitals had two
of everything in case the first broke (they preferred capital expense to labor and repair expenses).
As the Medicare reimbursement for capital costs was folded into the DRG formula
during the 1990s as a result of the OBRA of 1990, healthcare organizations found them-
selves competing with other industries for limited capital funds. Healthcare organizations
no longer had cost-based reimbursement to put up as collateral, and as a result, lending
institutions required financial analyses to ensure that the capital expenditure would generate
sufficient revenue to repay the loan. As a result, net present value and return on investment
calculations are completed on most capital expenditures today.
This section defines and explains how to calculate several analyses that are used to
measure the benefit-to-cost ratio. In theory, these analyses are benefit-cost analyses, which are
based on the Pareto optimality, or a condition in which changes occur only if they improve the
benefits more than they increase the costs. In benefit-
cost analysis, both costs and benefits are variable, as
opposed to cost-effectiveness analysis, where either
costs or benefits are held constant. In their simplest

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

The Final Word

0.00 Preamble
At Agape Consultants, Gboko we set out in 1988 to achieve the following:
Put a value on people, C
Put a value on organizations, ROI and
Create the enabling environment, EB in which the value may be optimized
This derived from the desire to put the right workforce, C in the right environment,
EB and delivering profitable business results, ROI. In 2015, about 28 years later, we
have achieved as follows:
Put a value on people, according to the capacities for productivity and value
creation in terms of the monetized return on investment, ROI; as well as
leadership and the number of people they are able to influence
Put a value on the health of organizations, BHI according to their
profitability, sustainability, and sensitivity to the environment
Optimize both people and organizational value, to boost the culture, OrgC
and the business environment, EB
It is hoped that this would pave the way for a precise HR, like its nearest neighbor
accountancy, as well as engineering and architecture.
3. 1.0 Conceptualization
Precision required a recourse to first, 1st
principles, to understand the human person
in proper perspective. The following two, 2 assumptions were kernel to the
conception of the person:
A paradigm shift in which science would perceive existence beyond matter,
to include mind, soul, and spirit
Another paradigm shift in business, where the emphasis shifts from profit
and loss to value creation
In both cases, the alternative paradigms are inclusive of the former. An emphasis on
value creation would also ensure good profit. And the four, 4 realms of existence
also capture matter. For instance soul is conceptualized as the product of the mind,
which functions to create with inputs from spirit and matter. Diagrammatically:
Then the quality of soul would derive from the capacity of mind to interpret input
from spirit and matter, appropriately. Moreover, people are evaluated against the
capacity for effort; as it is applied to thought and at work, to distinguish between the
following three, 3 phenomena:
Thought Pattern, f0
Behavior Pattern, Po
Learning Curve, LnG
Given the learning curve, LnG the capacities for productivity ROI and leadership,
Nu would be determined. And the factors LnG, EfT, and EnG would represent
measures of intellect, will, and emotion respectively; all three, 3 of which are
components of mind. While effort, EfT is actually a measure of the commitment of
the will, engagement, EnG would be a measure of the co-operation from the
emotion, which could be disruptive sometimes. The emotion, A and the intellect, F
4. work together, to generate the feelings, L that combine to define the soul, S for A =
LF2
and S = 1/L where L = 1/A2 F2
. Equivalently the factors RtN, f0, and ScT work
together for optimum value creation, which translates into wealth in the form of
profits.
2.0 Actualization
The following models were derived to establish this conception:
The perception model of mind, PMM
The natural order, N-O
The standard procedure series, SPS
The character model
The 6-Metrics model
The productivity model
For measurement, the following models are kernel:
The F-Scale
The identity kit, Id-K
The bill of health index, BHI
The appraisal model, AppM
The self-containment model, ScT
The self-control model, ScR
By the PMM, at optimum, the mind would
reduce phenomena into the five, 5 essential
components that define being. These include
the three, 3 form features that define spirit;
and the two, 2 wave features that define
matter, for 3 + 2 = 5. But the typical SPS
comprises six, 6 items, which are a
reduction from the three, 3 form features,
according to the two, 2 wave features, for 3
x 2 = 6. Serially:
Work, L
Energy, F
Exhaust, A
3. Energy, F1 Phenomenon
2. Work, L2 6. Purpose, A2
1. Work, L1 5. Principle, A1
4. Energy, F2
5. In this case, the sixth, 6th
item defines the object that the procedure seeks to achieve,
while the other five, 5 items describe the object. And the N-O comprises four, 4
items according to the duality series in operations research presented below:
Maxima, F1
Minimax, L2
Maximin, L1
Minima, F2
These define the first, 1st
four, 4 items of the SPS, to predict the fifth, 5th
. The SPS is
actually the analogue of the N-O. While the N-O defines reality as it ought to be, the
personal order, P-O is a representation of the same reality, according to the person’s
perception of it. The F-Scale is a rendition of the SPS, so that the first, 1st
four, 4
items are scrambled to calibrate the scale. The subject that is measured unscrambles
the items, according to the person’s perception of them, to measure the P-O against
the N-O as the factor-f0 or objectivity, f0.
Following Einstein, thought is reduced into intuition, Pc and rationality, Rn.
Intuition is evaluated as the capacity for phenomenological compression, Pc where
phenomena are interpreted, to reduce them into the essentials that give being.
Rationality corroborates this action, to impose order on the items. The character
model outlines the form of these two, 2 concepts as follows:
Thus character, C would be established by the thought pattern, which predicts the
behavior pattern, as a function of the performance at task by the standard
6. procedure, n. The factor-n is evaluated on the organizational kit, Org-K which is
a reduction of the essential jobs that are performed in the organization into duties,
activities, and tasks. The procedures for the performance at these tasks are then
standardized for use in the analysis. Diagrammatically:
Given these three, 3 factors including Pc, Rn, and n; together with the accountant’s
measures of revenue, profit, and cost of materials, the 6-metrics are determined as
follows:
The factors C and OrgC are input to the appraisal model, to evaluate the factor-
ROIAPP; which is input to the model of self-containment, ScT.
It is from the 6-metrics that learning, LnG and effort, EfT are derived. The factors
f0, RtN, and ScT are measures of intellect, emotions, and feelings respectively;
which define the form of engagement, EnG to quantify the commitment, C’ of the
will. They explain how the will, through character, C affects the intellect and the
emotion, through LnG and EfT respectively. At optimum performance, learning and
effort would be reciprocals, for EfT = 1/LnG; which makes the emotion and the
intellect, inverses. Optimum performance here would be a reference to self-control, ScR.

7. 3.0 Concluding
In all these, the work would be to put the emotion in the control of the intellect; so
that the feelings are normalized, to create a quality soul. This would be the
responsibility of the will, according to the person’s commitment to the task of soul
building. Ultimately, they would reduce phenomena to the four, 4 strategic
objectives, as evidence of optimum performance. By the productivity model,
commitment via the factor-C predicts productivity, according to the return on
investment, ROI. And optimum performance via the factor-f0 predicts leadership,
according to the approximation of the four, 4 strategic objectives, Nu.
In general, the following three, 3 features of the human person have been
highlighted, for form:
Leadership, L
Productivity, A and
Self-Control, F
These derive from the following fundamental assumptions:
Ultimately, the purpose of humanity and the universe would be, to build the
soul
But the body, which is material, would need to be sustained, for optimum
performance on the primary objective of soul building
The universe is designed to perturb humanity, into sharpening the intellect,
to gain control over the emotion
Recall that the human brain is designed so that
information reaches the emotion first, 1st
before it gets to
the intellect. And it is the emotion that is in touch with the
environment, together with all of its vagaries. Moreover
the physical environment is designed, following gravity
and relativity, to make the reconstruction of reality a
mirage. These have turned the elephantine emotion into
erratic and dominant forces, to be tamed by the skeletal
intellect, which must first, 1st
acquire the required energy. Given self-control therefore, a
certain amount of energy would be available to build the soul. This would be distributed
between productivity for sustenance, and leadership for soul building.
