Given the natural order, and learning as the capacity to reconstruct it, it becomes possible to predict behavior from thought; then productivity and leadership would derive from self-control, which predicts learning
Mathematical Psychology in Broad StrokesPeter Anyebe
The concept of the quantum wave function collapse, QWFC in physics is adapted to the humanities via the natural order, N-O which operationalizes the forms principle as a unique case of the waves principle; in which all three, 3 features are linked by the forth, 4th to distinguish between the human and physical phenomena, which are characteristically continuous and discrete, respectively.
The natural order, N-O is derived from the four, 4 fundamental principles that govern the universe. It discretizes to predict, as well as axiomatizes choice to segment, based on which to diagnose with reference to the normal curve.
For establishment the factors S, ROIApp, and F are reconstructed, to derive them from first, 1st principles. Then F which is the motivational element that determines the other two, 2 is reduced into its four, 4 variants to demonstrate predictability, FN segmentation, Fb, FQ neutrality, FM and then diagnoses, for FM = ScT + PfI.
At the optimum the reconstructions are valid, 97% of the times.
Learning and Development, in Focus; no Hiding Place for the SoulPeter Anyebe
Humanity’s greatest challenge that might even turn out to be the greatest bane would be the commitment to a course, which would be sufficiently strong, to motivate the required effort for success, even unto the death
The Power to Make Wealth: A Note to the Budding EntrepreneurPeter Anyebe
Entrepreneurs are sufficiently sensitive, Sn to the environment, to identify the particular need(s) that they can satisfy. Associated with the fact that the need exists however is the ignorance of how it may be satisfied, by the rest of the group who may not have been as sensitive. It is this ignorance that poses the greatest challenge, in the form of opposition to the novelty; which is worsened by the herd mentality that has been observed to characterize humanity
Artificial intelligence has undergone a paradigm shift since the second AI winter in the 1990s: the core of intelligence, which was reasoning, gradually replaced by learning. Since then, the field has grown remarkably with machine learning, and deep learning has become the dominant approach in the area and has been used in various algorithms and models. However, since 2016, AI researchers have been addressing the inherent limitations and flaws of the conventional approaches and trying to come up with new methods.
In this presentation, we study the history of AI. Then we discuss problems of deep learning, and then we examine Bayesian inference, which is a different approach to the dominant method of statistical learning. Then we demonstrate new ideas in AI, based on Bayesian learning and reasoning, and finally, we indicate troubles with Bayesianism.
To Be or not to Be, that is the Question; but what is the Answer?Peter Anyebe
Focus would appear to be scarce, despite its significance to the human psyche and to success; because of the inherent inability to choose, from the infinite number of quantum possibilities
Java MySQL Connector & Connection Pool Features & OptimizationKenny Gryp
This talk will give an overview of the different available Java MySQL connectors (Connector/J, MariaDB Java Connector) and connection pools (Commons-DBCP, C3P0, ...).
One of the things with the default configuration of these solutions is that they are very chatty. This can have a noticeable impact on application performance and database load. I've seen many environments where over 50% of the total amount of queries are caused by such behavior. This behavior will be explained through examples seen on production systems as well as recommendations on optimization will be made.
Load balancing and transparent failover solutions will be described for both MySQL's traditional asynchronous replication and Galera based replication (Percona XtraDB Cluster or MariaDB Galera Cluster).

Hypothesis Testing
The Right Hypothesis
In business, or any other discipline, once the question has been asked there must be a statement as to what will or will not occur through testing, measurement, and investigation. This process is known as formulating the right hypothesis. Broadly defined a hypothesis is a statement that the conditions under which something is being measured or evaluated holds true or does not hold true. Further, a business hypothesis is an assumption that is to be tested through market research, data mining, experimental designs, quantitative, and qualitative research endeavors. A hypothesis gives the businessperson a path to follow and specific things to look for along the road.
If the research and statistical data analysis supports and proves the hypothesis that becomes a project well done. If, however, the research data proved a modified version of the hypothesis then re-evaluation for continuation must take place. However, if the research data disproves the hypothesis then the project is usually abandoned.
Hypotheses come in two forms: the null hypothesis and the alternate hypothesis. As a student of applied business statistics you can pick up any number of business statistics textbooks and find a number of opinions on which type of hypothesis should be used in the business world. For the most part, however, and the safest, the better hypothesis to formulate on the basis of the research question asked is what is called the null hypothesis. A null hypothesis states that the research measurement data gathered will not support a difference, relationship, or effect between or amongst those variables being investigated. To the seasoned research investigator having to accept a statement that no differences, relationships, and/or effects will occur based on a statistical data analysis is because when nothing takes place or no differences, effects, or relationship are found there is no possible reason that can be given as to why. This is where most business managers get into trouble when attempting to offer an explanation as to why something has not happened. Attempting to provide an answer to why something has not taken place is akin to discussing how many angels can be placed on the head of a pin—everyone’s answer is plausible and possible. As such business managers need to accept that which has happened and not that which has not happened.
Many business people will skirt the null hypothesis issue by attempting to set analternative hypothesis that states differences, effects and relationships will occur between and amongst that which is being investigated if certain conditions apply.Unfortunately, however, this reverse position is as bad. The research investigator might well be safe if the data analysis detects differences, effect or relationships, but what if it does not? In that case the business manager is back to square one in attempting to explain what has not happened. Although the hypothesis situation may seem c.

The twentieth step in the corporate planning process—the third step in the capital budgeting
stage—is for the budget committee or the chief financial officer (CFO) to perform financial
analyses on the requests. Before Medicare stopped reimbursing capital at cost, few healthcare
organizations performed any significant financial analyses on equipment because in the risk-
free environment of cost-based reimbursement, healthcare organizations and their lenders were
guaranteed a return on capital expenditures regardless of whether they used the equipment. In a
1973 study of large hospitals, only 8 percent of the hospitals calculated the net present value of
a capital expenditure before purchasing it (William and Rakich 1973). Some hospitals had two
of everything in case the first broke (they preferred capital expense to labor and repair expenses).
As the Medicare reimbursement for capital costs was folded into the DRG formula
during the 1990s as a result of the OBRA of 1990, healthcare organizations found them-
selves competing with other industries for limited capital funds. Healthcare organizations
no longer had cost-based reimbursement to put up as collateral, and as a result, lending
institutions required financial analyses to ensure that the capital expenditure would generate
sufficient revenue to repay the loan. As a result, net present value and return on investment
calculations are completed on most capital expenditures today.
This section defines and explains how to calculate several analyses that are used to
measure the benefit-to-cost ratio. In theory, these analyses are benefit-cost analyses, which are
based on the Pareto optimality, or a condition in which changes occur only if they improve the
benefits more than they increase the costs. In benefit-
cost analysis, both costs and benefits are variable, as
opposed to cost-effectiveness analysis, where either
costs or benefits are held constant. In their simplest

0.00 Abstract
Humans are conceptualized as faith, F personalities, to the extent that the personal
order, P-O approximates the natural order, N-O; which would be sufficient
evidence of imagery, as operationalized in the unity of humanity with the universe.
To the extent of the capacity for self-control, ScR the capacities for productivity and
leadership would be determined, which point to a certain behavior pattern that is
process oriented. And to the extent that a person is learned, it would be possible to
predict the behavior pattern from the thought pattern; which actually points to
creative thought that is intellectual, and at optimum puts the emotion in check for
self-control.
To establish imagery therefore, dimensionality is reduced into relativity; which is
then measured on the F-Scale, against the absolute that would then be non-
dimensional. The factors Pc, Rn, and √n are measured on the identity kit, Id-Kit to
establish the productivity model, for RES = RGT, Nu → 4 and Ps → 20%. Eighteen,
18 of the one hundred, 100 subjects measured scaled the consistency test to qualify
for the rest of the analyses, but only two, 2 of these fulfilled the requirements of the
model. When the Id-Kit is coupled with the bill of health index, BHI which uses
input from the books of organizations including revenue, profit, and cost of
materials; the same two, 2 subjects are returned, as self-contained, ScT. The six, 6
metrics that are derived from this analysis become basis to evaluate self-control,
following which leadership is reduced to the equality in the scores on the factors f0,
ScT, ScR, and RtN; by which for the third, 3rd
time, the two, 2 subjects are returned,
to reject all four, 4 hypotheses.

3. 1.00 Hypothesis
To put a value on people uniquely, it would be unreasonable to conceptualize
humans as one, 1 with the universe, to the extent that the personal order, P-O
is able to approximate the natural order, N-O, for f0 → 1:
To put a value on people against the backdrop of their thought process, f0 it
would be unreasonable to expect humans to be a reflection of their thoughts, to
the extent that the behavior pattern, Fb and the thought pattern, Fp are
equivalent concepts, for Fb = 1 / 10 (10Fp + 1).
To evaluate the human capacity for productivity, it would be unreasonable to
expect a positive relationship between the appropriateness of the responses to
stimuli, for RES = RGT; and the capacity to reconstruct the four, 4 strategic
objectives, for Nu → 4; as well as the location of the subject on the Pareto 80
– 20 continuum, for Ps → 20%:
To evaluate the human capacity for leadership, it would be unreasonable to
expect scores to be equal for the following four, 4 factors:
f0
ScR
ScT
RtN
4. 1.10 Research Questions
The research questions from which these hypotheses are derived are presented as
follows:
Is it feasible despite Immanuel Kant who posited the impossibility to derive
noumena or the N-O that, humans are one with the universe; to the extent of
the human potential capacity to reconstruct reality, and thereby approximate
the N-O?
Does it follow from the above that, thought and behavior are equivalent
concepts; in the sense that, the behavior pattern can be predicted from the
thought pattern?
When the responses to stimuli are appropriate therefore, would this imply that
the person is productive, to the extent that they are able to derive the four, 4
strategic objectives; and that they are leaders, being 20%ters according to the
Pareto 80-20 rule?
Is it feasible to corroborate the definition of leadership in three, 3 above, with
the unity in the subjects’ scores on the factors f0, ScT, ScR, and RtN?

5. Relativity,
Normality, and
Duality
Thus by Einstein’s relativity principle an event in space would be viewed from an
infinite number of positions, each of which actually represents a perspective of the
event; which points to the possibility of an infinite number of realities, for every
person. But by the normality principle in games theory, a game of infinite moves
could be reduced into one, 1 unit move, which would then be iterated until the game
ends. The duality series in operations research is adopted to define the unit
perspective that this suggests as follows:
Maxima
Minimax
Maximin
Minima
Notice that this series defines the normal curve, following which about 68% of all
occurrences fall within one, 1 and three, 3 standard deviations from the mean. For a
thought pattern that approximates the N-O therefore, the resultant behavior pattern
would be normal, to the extent that about 68% of the activities fall within one, 1 and
three, 3 standard deviations from the mean. And to evaluate normality for individual
cases, it would be sufficient to measure the ratio of the relative on the absolute,
which defines the closeness with which the former approximates the latter. Recall
that while relativity is dimensional, the absolute is non-dimensional. Then normality
would actually represent the ratio of a vector on a scalar, which retains the unit of
the vector. The following three, 3 factors are measured, for establishment:
Self-control, ScR: ScR = ScT / LnG
Business environment, EB: EB = BHIF / BHI
Organizational culture, Org-C: Org-C = BHIG / BHI
Then the concept is applied to the measure of the monetized return on investment,
ROI as ROI = Profit / ROI. This enhances a precise HR, to put the right workforce,
ScR in the right environment, EB delivering profitable business results, ROI. So that
labor can be put on the shelf, as a commodity.

4.00 Derivation
The infinite number of positions from which events are viewed define a sphere,
which rolls out into the number line, in its linear form as follows:

When the absolute is applied to the number line and all the items are squared, it
normalizes the relativity continuum as follows:
Then the mathematical model of humans would be derived as an equation of the

5.00 Concluding
As faith personalities, F what distinguishes between people would be knowledge, to the
extent that they are able to reconstruct reality according to the N-O. And what distinguishes
between the learned would be fasting, defined as the capacity to do without, which
determines delayed gratification. Recall that in general, information that enters the brain
reaches the emotion before the intellect. Recall also that the emotion, from which responses
to stimuli are directed, is often programmed with processes that cause below optimum
performance. This is what necessitates unlearning and relearning, to replace the faulty
programs with new ones that are more correct and lead to unconscious competency, which
is done by the intellect.
This requires that responses to stimuli from the emotion are delayed, until the intellect has
defined the more appropriate response. How well this is done would be evident in the scores
on the four, 4 strategic factors including f0, ScT, ScR, and RtN. Recall that these factors are
evaluated from measures of another six, 6 factors; three, 3 of which are from the Id-Kit; and
the other three, 3 from the organization’s books, to measure the BHI. While the Id-Kit
evaluates the thought pattern, the BHI evaluates the behavior pattern, both of which are
connected by learning. Underlying these scores would be the capacities for productivity, Nu
as well as leadership, Ps both of which are connected by self-control, ScR. Moreover, recall
the following dictum:
Thus given self-control, ScR, objectivity, f0 defined as the approximation of the
N-O, as well as self-containment, ScT would be determined. And together, these
would determine workforce retention, RtN; serially as follows:
L = Positivity
A = Negativity
F = Relativity
F2
