0.00 Preamble
Nature has perturbed the human
psyche principally with the following
three, 3 phenomena, among others, in
series:
Time,
Space, and
Events
To mitigate the perturbation that time
has on the human psyche, it was sufficient to commoditize the cell phone, thanks to
Carlos Slim. It has been same with space and the computer, with thanks to Bill
Gates. And so also with events, suffice it to make labor a commodity by putting it on
the shelf. Labor becomes a commodity with the right workforce, ScR in the right
environment, EB delivering profitable business results, ROI. And it would have been
put on the shelf, when these three, 3 factors are measured objectively; and not with
instruments that sample the opinions of the subject.
For the right workforce, it would be sufficient to keep track of the score on the
factor-ScR, which measures self-control. Then the score on the factor-f0 that
measures objectivity as the closeness with which the personal order, P-O
approximates the natural order, N-O would be at least 0.96 for f0 ≥ 0.96. At this
score, the score on the factor-Po which measures how much power, Po is stored in
the personality for responses to stimuli, would be 0.98 equivalently, for Po = 0.98.
This makes the two, 2 factors equivalent concepts, for f0 = Po2
. They are measures
of the intellect and the emotion, which represent the conscious and the sub-
conscious minds, respectively. Moreover at these scores, the person is able to reduce

objectives, for Nu = 4. The skeletal
intellect, f0 would have taken charge; to
control (self-control?) the elephantine
emotion, Po to appropriately channel
the feelings toward goal attainment, as
the person arrives at unconscious
competency.
Then for the right environment, suffice
it that the score on the factor-EB for
most of the workforce approximates a quadruple, for EB = 4. This would be an
indication that the popular psyche respects the principles behind the four, 4 strategic
objectives, for Nu = 4. Recall the principle of the management by objectives, MBO
following which it would be sufficient to reduce tasks into objectives, as evidence of
the capacity to perform to specifications. Recall also the principle of the natural
order, N-O by which it would be sufficient that the objectives are four, 4 as outlined
on the duality series in operations research as follows:

Business results are profitable when the monetized return on investment, ROI
measured over time defines the normal curve; to indicate that the modal ROI-Scores
fall between the second, 2nd
and third, 3rd
standard deviations, at 68% of the times.
The monetized return on investment, ROI is actually a measure of the money
equivalent of a unit of the return on investment, ROI. It is evaluated as the ratio of
the profit, which would be relative; on the ROI, which would then be absolute.
When the relative is evaluated against the absolute, the principles of imagery,
process, and events would have been invoked; as kernel to the understanding of
the human person, set in the universe.
1.00 Events
Physics reduced phenomena into waves, to unravel the difficulty with the prediction
4. of events in space. Thus to describe phenomena, it would be sufficient to reduce
them into the two, 2 wave features including location and size. This derives from a
conception of the universe, in all of its infinite dimensions, as comprising objects,
together with the relationships between them, respectively. In general however to
define objects uniquely, it would be sufficient to give it a value, for size. Recall that
the only things that can be known for sure are those that can be measured. Moreover,
whatever exists must be in certain quantity, and so can be measured in principle.
Then the values impose rank and order, which determine the relationships between
the objects. And when objects that represent events are ordered, they define a
process, which when followed leads to a definite destination.
2.00 The Process
Recall that the industrial revolution exposed the propensity of the disposition of
humans to the generation of waste, thanks to Six Sigma, 6σ. The process was
suggested as solution to minimize waste creation. At optimum therefore, only two, 2
defective products would be acceptable, of a million. While manufacturing industries
have approximated this standard, it has been difficult to apply same to services. The
information revolution pointed the direction, to reduce information into the fact, as
its unit of analysis. Then the typical process would comprise a series of facts,
preferably four, 4 to satisfy MBO and the N-O. It is however the knowledge
revolution that has given flesh to this concept, to identify the definite facts or items
associated with specific processes.
3.00 Imagery
Western science over a long period separated
humans from the universe, which may have been
for methodological difficulties. The east had
however maintained this unity, albeit the sarcasm
in the reference to it as metaphysics. With the
current advancement in technology, humanity
has come full circle, and it has become
5. obvious that sustenance depends on writing humans back into the equation.
Moreover, technology at once makes this possible, with sophisticated equipment and
instruments for measurement. The acknowledgement of the unity of humans and the
universe would actually be a reference to imagery.
Dimensions, d are rooted in the absolute, which would then be non-dimensional for
zero-d, 0-d. This is represented as a dot. Then the first dimension or one-d, 1-d
would define a connection that links two, 2 dots or 1-d to create a line. And two, 2
dimensions, 2-d would link two, 2 lines to define space. Then 3-d would link two, 2
spaces to define volume. While 4-d links two, 2 volumes, and all subsequent
dimensions would be linkages of the immediate previous dimensions.
But the complexity is only apparent, and not real. The reality would be that while the
absolute represents a scalar quantity, which has no direction; dimensionality
creates a vector quantity, which has direction and represents relativity. Then to put
a value on the relative, for size, it would be sufficient to evaluate it against the
absolute. Recall the measure of ROI presented earlier in this work. For humans, the
absolute would be defined by the N-O, and the relative by the P-O (Imagery?).

Like the measure of ROI, the
factor-ScR measures self-control
uniquely as the ratio of self-
containment, ScT on learning, LnG.
Both these factors define the
capacity for sustenance, the relative,
on the absolute, respectively. So also
does the factor-EB measure the
business environment as the ratio of the relative, on the absolute. In this case the
health of the workforce is evaluated against the health of the organization, for EB =
BHIF / BHI. The factor-BHI is the bill of health index. Fourthly the organizational
culture, Org-C is another measure, this time of the social environment in which the
workforce is groomed at work. It also follows the pattern of normality, for a ratio of
the relative on the absolute. Thus the bill of health for the organization is predicted
as the ratio of the expected value added, VA’ on the observed VA for BHIG = VA’ /
VA. Then, Org-C = BHIG / BHI.
It would therefore make sense to generalize that normality is a measure of the
relative, against the absolute; which would be best at a unity, when the relative
approximates the absolute, exactly. The measure would then deviate from a unity,
proportionately with the increased deviance of the relative from the absolute. Recall
that while relativity is dimensional, being a vector; the absolute is non-dimensional,
and is a scalar. Comparatively therefore, the ROI is actually the monetary value of a
unit of business result. Then ScR would measure the unity of the capacity to
persevere on a task, from start to finish. And both EB and Org-C would be measures
of the unity invoked by the principle of one for all, all for one; as operationalized in
another principle of from each according to their ability, and to each according to
their need.
5.00 Emotionality
Following Einstein’s relativity principle, an event in space would be viewed from an
7. infinite number of positions; each of which represents a perspective of the
phenomenon, and all of which define a sphere. But the sphere can be rolled out into
the number line, both of which would then be analogues. And when the absolute is
applied to the line, it transforms into the normal curve. Moreover following the
normality principle in games theory, a game of infinite moves can be reduced into a
unit move; which would then be iterated from the beginning of the game to the end.
The unit perspective of phenomena that this operation envisages is outlined by the
duality series in operations research, presented earlier in this work; which series has
been adopted as the natural order, N-O. Recall that Plato reduced nature into the
following two, 2 worlds, by the duality principle:
The world of forms, and
The world of objects
This requires a procedure, to convert information from one world into the other. The
standard procedure series, SPS is presented as the analogue of the N-O. It would
therefore be sufficient to reconstruct the SPS, for tasks to be performed, to
specification. This provides the basis for calibrating the F-Scale, with which to
measure the P-O, against the N-O. By the 6-metrics model of learning, desire is
resident in the emotion; and remains dormant until a decision is made in the will, for
fulfillment. Then an equivalent amount of energy is released, according to the
strength of the commitment, C’ to the project. The energy is expended on the
following two, 2 activities:
To derive the procedure for desire fulfillment, CWk and
To overcome the vagaries of the environment, CNd
Then commitment would be evaluated as
the sum of the energy expended on both
activities, for C’ = CWk + CNd. In
principle the factor-C would be best at a
unity, for C = 1. This would be when
CNd is null, for CNd = 0; an indication
that no effort was expended on the
vagaries of the environment. In this case,
the negative interferences from the
emotion would have been resolved.
8. Unlearning would have occurred, to make room for relearning; which eventually
culminates in unconscious competency, when the new program would have been
internalized.
6.00 Concluding
The factor-ScR that quantifies the right workforce is evaluated from scores measured
on the following two, 2 instruments:
The identity kit, Id-K and
The 6-metrics appraisal model, AppM
The factor-ROI is evaluated from scores measured on the instrument that quantifies
the bill of health index, BHI. And the business environment, EB as well as the
organizational culture, Org-C are similarly evaluated. To create the enabling
environment however, in which the workforce is optimized, the following two, 2
instruments work together:
The knowledge bank, and
The appraisal model
In summary, the critical feature of the
right workforce would be the capacity to
reconstruct the four, 4 strategic
objectives, according to the N-O. For the
right environment, it would be sufficient
that the popular psyche is attuned to this
reconstruction. Then, profitable
business results would be determined,
according to the size of the investment.
It takes a precise HR, like engineering,
architecture, and its nearest neighbor,
accountancy, to commoditize labor and
put it on the shelf.
