An adverbial clause is a clause that functions
as an adverb. In other words, it contains
subject (explicit or implied) and predicate, and
it modifies a verb.
Adverb adverb clauses function as
Follows:
• Adverbs as modifiers that modify verbs,
adjectives and other adverbs.
• Answer and explain the question of why,
when, where, how, how much, and how an
action Often Occurs.
• Can start a sentence in the form of
questions and provide more complete
information.
