This document contains four casting contract agreements between Grimm Productions and actors/actresses to play characters in the production "Indelible". The contracts grant Grimm Productions full rights to the characters' performances, appearances, and results to incorporate into the production. The contracts also authorize Grimm Productions to film, record, edit and use the performances for publicity, advertising, and licensing purposes, and state that Grimm Productions owns all rights and proceeds from the actors'/actresses' services.

1. Actress playing casting contract agreement
This agreement is being made and entered into as of the 16th of
November 2017, between _________ _________ and Grimm
Productions.
I grant the producer of all rights to the character (Madeline) in
Performance, voice, appearance and results of ‘Indelible’ in
connection to Grimm Productions.
I authorize the Producer to film and record the performance and
edit the same as its discretion to include, within the performance
of others with sound effects, special effects and music to be
included to incorporate the same into the Picture of program or
not; to use and to license others to use for purposes of publicity,
advertising, sales promotion and to use my name, likeliness,
voice and other information’s concerning my connection with
the Picture, commercial tie-ups, merchandising and any other
purpose. I agree that the Producer owns all rights and proceeds
of my services required.

2. Actress playing casting contract agreement
This agreement is being made and entered into as of the 16th of
November 2017, between _________ _________ and Grimm
Productions.

Performance, voice, appearance and results of ‘Indelible’ in
connection to Grimm Productions.
I authorize the Producer to film and record the performance and
edit the same as its discretion to include, within the performance
of others with sound effects, special effects and music to be
included to incorporate the same into the Picture of program or
not; to use and to license others to use for purposes of publicity,
advertising, sales promotion and to use my name, likeliness,
voice and other information’s concerning my connection with
the Picture, commercial tie-ups, merchandising and any other
purpose. I agree that the Producer owns all rights and proceeds
of my services required.

purpose. I agree that the Producer owns all rights and proceeds
of my services required.
