The Red Ventures Academy focuses on sourcing the best sales and
graduate talent specifically for the recruitment industry and successfully been
placing candidates across the UK.

• A pre-screened telephone interview followed by a 45 minute competency interview
conducted by our highly experienced Internal Recruitment Team.
