seems to accomplish large number of activities while others struggle even
to perform lesser number of activities.
Know The Trainer
Nipun Wadhwa is a Masters in HR from Pune University and Post Grad – HR from an
Autonomous body, Pune. Has done Training Diploma from ISTD, New Delhi and been
awarded by RPG Retail as a certified Trainer.
In 10 Years of Corporate exposure he has handled HR and Training with Brands like
Spencer’s Retail, Future Group & Satya Developers. In his corporate exposure, Nipun
has managed up to 20 direct reportees and manpower of 3000 employees and lastly he
moved on from the role of corporate Head HR. Have counseled and mentored various
students and professionals over a period of time.
Further to it Mr. Wadhwa has successfully handled various workshops for corporate &
educational institutions, for over 3500 man hours. He has designed a power pact Two
day program named “MANTRA” which focuses on overall development of an
individual.
