This creates a slight sense of anticipation w h i c h , p r e s u m a b l y, p e r m e a t e s t h e f e e l o f t h e f i l m . T h o u g h v e r y c r e a t i v e , i t h a s also become conventional for movie websites . Also, since our film incorporates blood and gore, the colour red could go really well in our website.
- 4. EMBEDDED TRAILER Once the website is loaded, the trailer automatically appears while the background dims, and starts playing. This clever idea makes the viewer watch the trailer, whether they’ve seen it already or is their first time seeing it, creating a sense of familiarity - once they’ve finished watching it - with the website. This will also make the viewer curious to know what the film entails and make them search even more on the website
- 5. MISE EN SCENE The mise en scene shows the protagonist sliding down a building with a gun in one hand and unsheltered from the shattered glass falling all over him. The protagonist is a young male who, owing to his casual wear of jeans and a t -shirt, appears like an ordinary person. This contrasts with dramatic surroundings and the gun in his hand, implying that he is about to kill. The colours blue, grey and white permeate the page, creating a chilling effect. The watch on his hand also a d d s a s e n s e o f e x p e c t a n c y.
