AED) and Project Implementation (150+
Million AED) for DCC Project (New SCADA Distribution
Control Centers) for Electrical Power Distribution Network of DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water
Authority), Dubai, UAE (United Arab Emirates) :
Successfully led, directed and completed both consultant design works and the project implementation.
This mission-critical project consists of supply, install, testing and commissioning of two new SCADA
Control Centers for electrical power distribution network for entire Emirate of Dubai. The two new Control
Centers are fully redundant, working in parallel, equally ranked, implemented in Multi-Site Configuration
to ensure safe continuity of electrical power supply to entire Emirate of Dubai population (approx... 2 1/4
Million inhabitants).
Moreover, the system is fully equipped to cater for 100% expansion in the electrical network size.
Area of Expertise: Field Implementation Consultancy
Field: SCADA Control Centers
 Project Manager for In-House Supervision of Site Works & Substation Integration to Master station
of DCC Project (25 Million AED).
In-house site work implementation has been provided by nominating highly skilled personnel from DEWA

Million AED) for Settlement Metering Project for Abu Dhabi Privatized Electricity and Water Sector
Abu Dhabi, UAE:
Abu Dhabi Settlement Metering Project is one-of-a-kind in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region,
and is conceived as a mission-critical project for the success of deregulation process of Abu Dhabi
electricity and water sector. The established system provides – at central location – high accuracy
metering data ( for fuel oil, gas, energy and potable water) in order to allow for the settlement of payments
of transactions between IWPP (Independent Water Power and Producers) and Transmission/Distribution
Companies within the newly privatized Abu Dhabi electricity and water sector. The system has been
extended to cover interfaces between ENG (Emirates National Grid) across entire UAE and power Grid
Connections between UAE, Sultanate of Oman and other GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries.
