Consulting:
 Collect all client requirements.

 Prepare organization structure, Job description, processes, flowcharts, Procedures
and templates.
 Developing key performance indicator according to EFOM methodology.
 Manage the customer engagement during exciting the project.
Supervision:
 Supervise the whole production process integrated with the other manufacturing
process.
 Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and disciplining production workers as
needed.
 Maintain the records for production as well as all employee files.
 Work with the sales, shipping, planning and maintenance departments to
coordinate production activities with those of the entire production department.
 Coordinate with quality control department to make measurement tests for raw
materials and final product to guarantee that they match the quality standards.
 Deal with customers in case there are problems in the product quality.
 Participate in analyzing inventory levels and supply needs.
 Give recommendations for the updating and replacing of equipment necessary for
